Pre Sale Questions – How does the plugin control the order status? When does the order change to processing?

As the customer place order then initially it will be on hold now once the product come in stock & the customer pay for that then it becomes processing.

Plugin is not working properly with my WooCommerce shop, since I purchased it next day requested refund but same was declined referring to the Envato policy. You will not like front end of this plugin. suggest to avoid and save your money.

As per efforts of the team to fix the problem found the following issues:
1/ You have not to hide all out of stock products if you want plugin to show Preorder products. But in fact it will show all your products marked as Out of stock even that are not eligible for the Preorder. So your store will be ugly with multiple products that been removed from the sale.
2/ Frontend design is ugly and not customisable – you cannot remove the Countdown which is not required here (if you not launching iPhone or starting the Mars mission of course). Also cannot change the colours.
3/ `Plugin is useless for the preorder and developed by the students maybe.
4/ Money rejecting to refund.
5/ Avoid buying the product to save time and money.

We would be interested in your plugin. I just have one or two questions to ask you first. We have an e-shop where we have some products in stock and others that we would like you to pre-order. I would like to know how we manage the deliveries if a customer has in his cart a product in stock and another one out of stock. We have developed a gateway between woocommerce and our logistician to pass on delivery and order information. Where can we retrieve the information and send it to our logistician in an automatic way ? Thank you and have a nice day.

The customer can place the order having both pre order & in stock product together. Now the admin can deliver the in stock product first & regarding the pre order product the customer will get the notification when the product comes in stock & customer can complete the order by purchasing the same.
Regarding the importing information to the system you have created we are not sure.

Pre-Sale question here, is it possible to set the pre-order status to automatically change when a TOTAL number of pre-order sales have been made.
We’re selling courses that have face-to-face lessons included but can only start when a certain number of students have bought/pre-ordered the course.
What I mean is.
Pre-Order Status until 5 units sold. After this, pre-orders are charged for and the lessons can begin, anybody else can now purchase the course and jump straight in.
If so, we’re ready to buy.

I need to activate the order (and charge remaining amount) once a certain number of pre-orders is reached, instead of at a particular date. eg: once 50 preorders are placed the order is confirmed. This needs to be displayed on the frontend as well (typically it’s done with a purchase bar).

I need the ability to charge payment upfront. I need the ability to allow user at add multiple pre-orders of a different product sku within the same transaction. How are pre-orders treated when they hit as an order? Are the labeled as processing? To distinguish separation between regular non pre-orders? Is it easy to fullfill pre-order orders manually in bulk filter them select all change their status to complete instead of processing?

Yes, there is an option in our plugin by the help of which you can configure the plugin to take partial or full payments while the customer places the order.
The customer can add multiple pre-orders product in the cart. Also after placing the order, it depends upon the option admin has set that is a full or partial payment.
It further depends upon the payment method selection. Firstly the placed order labelled with processing only.
Yes, you can select the orders in bulk and can change their status to complete at once.
