I need a booking system for corona virus tests (Link like Test.mydomain.com) to get tested before flying.

Step 1- select the flight ✈️ date

Step 2 – choose a date and time for the test. (Only show slots 2.5 days prior to the flight date and time)

Step 3 – Customer makes account/Login

Step 4 – Books a specified number of persons/tests

Step 5.1 – Selects additional options – (refund option) $7.50 per person Step 5.2 – Selects additional options – (quarantine accommodation insurance) $38.90 per person

Step 6 – Can log back in and change time or request refund (This feature is not a meed, but nice to have)

Hi. It seems that your Appointer plugin might do what I need. I run a field service company that does onsite work that’s almost exclusively recurring appointments and sells products to clients while working onsite. A few questions…

1. We do all the appointment booking on our (back) end. We won’t need the front end booking functionality. Is it possible to add & fully manage appointments from the back-end, admin calendar? Using a calendar view?

2. We book client’s appointments on a weekly, biweekly or 4 week rotation. Usually on the same day of week and time, Is that possible? 2a. What happens If I need to change or cancel one appointment in an already scheduled recurring series? Does just the one appointment get changed or the whole recurring series? 2b. What if I need to change the whole recurring series, moving forward? Can I make a change to a recurring series and only have it affect the appointments in the future?

3. If I am working with woocommerce, can an woocommerce order/invoice be generated for an appointment? Then, can we add the products we sold the client to the woocommerce order, prior to being sent to the client?

4. Can appointment reminders be set-up to automatically be sent out to clients 48-hours (or whatever specified time) prior to each recurring appointment?

Hello, I am interested in buying the plugin, but I have a question, what I need is to sell “packs” or “bonuses” of sessions per month for my business, what I have is a gym where boxing classes are given, then what I sell are different “bonuses” or “packs” of classes, for example: a “pack” that I sell is 3 classes a week for a month for € 30, and another of 5 classes a week for a month for € 67 , (each class lasts one hour) Is there a way to restrict the reservation of the hours by the chosen pack?

Is it possible with this plugin to accept multiple appointments for the same location and time slot? So say I have a party space and the space can hold two separate parties. So two people can book the space for the same time and after that that time slot for that location would be unclickable or hidden.

hello I bought your plugin, but upon installation it got stuck on the “finish install” screen. After about half an hour I forced the end of the installation but now I can no longer access the admin area of my site! How to solve?

Hello i’m on the verge on the purchasing the plugin, one question.

We also offer 2 services, home car wash and garage car wash. If a customer selects home wash, is it possible to add a feature to calculate the distance through a map to determine the price?

Example: $20 for full wash, calculate distance an add an addtional fee for the transportation of the agent.

I want use this booking plugin for reservation room. Is it possible to set the plugin somehow that in some months some days will not available to book ?

For example on April, from 20th to 23th no one can book anything. and also in May from 10th to 15th no one can book anything? Is there any setting in the plugin that i can make it like this?

I have pre-sale questions:

1) Is it possible to hide the calendar so that users can just pay for a service without selecting a date/time? After payment once they are ready they can login and book a time for the service they paid for?
2) Can you combine services into a package? For example if I wanted to offer 3 one hour sessions instead of purchasing one hour session three times they can just purchase a package of three one hour sessions?

So if I have multiple locations how can I pay the individual employees through stripe. they should have their own cash-out option without manual approval through stripe. If I set up like this could I have a base fee charge for using the platform?

Thank you for being interested in our plugin. First of all, our plugin do support multi location business. But our plugin currently is not supporting Stripe payment. We only support Bank transfer and paypal for now.

Our workflow of this plugin is you receive the payment after the reservation is made and you pay out to the employee in the end of the month and keep your commission and platform using fee. But if you would like to change the workflow, we can customize it for you
