7) I have bought “Metro – Newsletter with Template Builder” (I love it!) so, it is possible integrate it with MyMail?

At first: Very great plugin, I am really impressed and might buy it very soon 
However, I have a feature suggestion: - Could you add subscribing to (blog) posts via Email? - And additionally offer an option where I could hand-pick a few IDs of blog posts and then send a newsletter which sends out the collected excerpts of just these posts
Is this possible and what do you think about this?

I’m working on autoresponder feature and try to include something like this – maybe.
You can use {post_title:ID} and {post_excerpt:ID} where ID can be the post ID or “last” for the post. This tag is currently undocumented

Honestly, I love the effort, but trying to find how this is similar to Wordpress Posts. There is not a single feature used from the wordpress editor. Now, I understand that it’s probably not possible, but I sent $21 because you made the following claim:

I’m sorry for your frustation. I claimed it is similar to create campaign like post because you don’t have to go to several steps like other software solution requires. I didn’t use the default WordPress editor cause its abilities are limited and I wanted to create a different user experience

Sure, if you familiar with HTML and CSS . You can start with the included one and modify it to your needs

Goto Newsletter => Templates
Click on “Edit HTML ” of your template and “save after you’re done

The {unsub} tag only works in a real campaign. Create a demo campaign with only one receiver (you) and test it

To Translate the Plugin use Codestyling Localization Plugin. For the newsletter template you have to edit the HTML .
Here is the buttons background. no ideal but I’m working on a proper solution
so close to buying… any chance you have screenshots of the widgets? that would seal the deal for me. looks like a great alternative for small lists that you want to keep out of MC and CM.
also, any chance you’ll work on pre-filling some of the modules with post contents? just a thought

+1 on AutoResponder… in the mean time I will make my purchase and hope I can see that in the near future as well for possible Mailchimp integration.
I have: Skyline, Metro, Loose Leaf so looking forward to these being available.
I see on the list of subscribers and unsubscribed on the dashboard, but when clicking on the graph it would be handy to open a lighbox to display the new subscribers and the unsubscribed users.
In the subscriptions table, there seems no way to see a filter of unsubscribed users. Something on your to-do or updates?

Autoresponder is on my todo list. All mentioned templates are available for MyMail Newsletter Plugin. Just redownload it and upload the included zip file
Statistics is also on the todo list, but for a later release

Are the emails sent out by cron? or click once sending?
Does it allow for batch delivery if not would be really nice if it did. This way you can batch deliver your emails out and less chance to getting black listed for sending to many emails to fast to a provider regardless of opt in
All emails are sent via cron. Please check out this screenshot from the settings page. Also read the docs

It’s not that easy cause html emails rely on tables. But you can create your own modules of course if you’re familiar with (old school) HTML

This looks very interesting, but I’ve got 11 000+ members and other (free) plugins have a difficulty handling the amount of emails. Will this be a problem for this plugin as well?
This really depends on your host. I’ve did a couple of testruns with 10.000+ emails and sent 100 every 5 minutes and had no problems with my host.
Please contact your host for further details. The Plugin allows you to define all limit within the settings
