Please note that even in your demo, when opening a file, you can’t scroll down anymore. Macbook pro 13 – macOS 10.15.5 Safari 13.1.1
Also, on mobile, iphone 7, when you open a file, you can only see it on half of the screen. It’s practically unusable. The buttons are off the screen and the scrolling issue is also present. You can’t scroll anything else other then the excel cells. Not even the menu can’t be scrolled once drop-downed.
Please note that all the issues are by testing your demo and also, by testing on mobile both vertically and horizontally (same story).
And also please check the share function or at least the button. It’s very confusing to select a file and then click share. The share function should be built in the excel view.
Please try to make it responsive friendly.

Hello,please: how to open/use just the spreadsheet in full view ?
currently the amout of screen available for data is to small .
there should be a hotkey or menu “open/edit in full screen”
also checkbox on settings “open full screen by default”

Both file owner and receipt with share access can edit the file once. After that a blank grey page appears on both sides.

May i know which control or backend the spreadsheet is using? since i want to make a reporting tools which can data binding to the rich text editor or in document formation for reporting. Or do you charge for customisation? Many thanks

Purchased, downloaded and installed. All went well. Site admin created folder, and file (with some content) with that folder, all went well Site admin shared folder and file with one staff and one customer, all went well
client and staff: can see the shared folder, and sub file, however when clicking on it, nothing happen and file is not loading.
by the way, i noticed the same in the demo … thought it is a restriction in the demo itself. However same issue is with my install now.
please resolve or refund
Another question: how to revoke sharing permission? it is not documented in the help files and no clear setting/page to do it

when revoked client access on a folder that was shared with both a staff member and a client, that staff now can view and edit. However something surfaced.
Both file owner and receipt with share access can edit the file once. After that a blank grey page appears on both sides. Tried log out and login again (admin and staff accounts) that did not resolve the issue. Deleted the folder and created a new folder with a new file from the admin account and shared it with one staff.
Staff can see the folder and edit file. Again, one time and when loading same file again (in admin or staff accounts), blank grey page comes out.
I am supposed to install and use …. I should get paid for testing the module … this should be done before positioning it in the market …

I am not facing any technical issue, I am facing non-funtioning product and prepare to solve publicly so others can learn.
1. As per install documentation index page, I am on version 1.1 as listed below “Spreadsheet Online module for Perfex CRM” Documentation by “hungtran118” v1.1” which is higher than the version you listed above [1.0.1]. Which versioning you are using?
2. I received an email that product updated version is avialable on the download page. Downloaded and extracted the files. Again the version listed in the documentation index page is “Spreadsheet Online module for Perfex CRM” Documentation by “hungtran118” v1.1” which is similar to the one already installed on my server.
3. Demo page/account is off now. Last visited 3rd of Dec 2020, 11:19PM [KSA time]. Is your product really working??
4. What is the refund procedure?

I do appreciate your timely response. However I am frustrated from not being able to use what i paid for.
Downloaded and installed version v1.0.3. User can share file with other users with edit or read permission. The file is listed under the second user shared folder however when click, nothing happen except the menu pops up (download, edit, view which is a great achievement compared to the previous version … ) but still second user can not edit and view as the file is not loading, only option working is to download.
What is next? still can not use it as it intended to be used.
Still things are not working. I am on UTC+3 time zone. What is your email address so we can arrange an online session and post back progress?
If issue is not resolved in the planned online session, I have no other choice other than raising the whole issue to codecanyon for their involvement in the refund as I did not get your response yet [regarding refund]. I paid for a solution that is not fully working for issues beyond my control, and this is not a fair trade, especially that the product selling page does not say anything that the solution is still under development/not stable phase.

Issue is solved after upgrading Perfex to latest version. Also, tech support was there with me online to make sure all is good and working.
I was frustrated before because I was badly in need for it to work

a query, does the filemanager system associate with a client / user when you share files? and the client can see the uploaded files?
also can you upload another type of document other than excel?
You can share files/folders for employees and customers. Customers can see it on the Client Portal. In addition, you can integrate file/folder into proposal, estimate, lead, invoice, project, contract, ticket, ... Currently this module is focusing on spreadsheet, so it supports Excel. We will have other modules that will support different types of documentation! Thanks!

Good module but i detect issues, can u add a Duplicate button, sometimes the new excel file does not work, the screen is blank. The Save As button doesn’t work, the print button doesn’t work. When I create 1 Excel, I cannot create more. Fix problems when you can!
