Is there a way to integrate Pixie with Architect?

There’s no built-in integration currently, but it could be done fairly easily with some custom modifications.

Hello, just to be sure … we have the option to edit the image and receive the code to be saved on the server, correct? In this scenario the user does NOT download the image, just saves himself. Saves the image and not a state of it.

Hello. I would love to give some feedback-suggestions:
1. It would be amazing to “kill” the “cancel” / “apply” buttons and just auto-apply setting-changes (like canva.com). if you want to undo something you can just click on the redo button.This way when you click on a setting where usually the “cancel/apply” buttons would appear you could just open the settings in a small popup and not leave the settings-area. It makes for much smother user experience. 2. Can you add the keyboard code “ctrl+z” to reach the same function as clicking on the redo button?

This editor is getting better and better, but I still found some bugs (v2.2.2):
1. when the objects panel is open, then going back and forth through history the list of items in the objects panel does not get updated
2. not sure this is a bug: click on a sticker to put it in the image, without apply click another sticker to add it, then click apply. Now both stickers are saved and both visible in the objects panel, but they do share a single history entry.
3. do this: create new editor, open without image and use a sample image. Add a sticker. Go back in history. All is well. Close the editor. Reopen editor with .resetAndOpenEditor().Use sample image. Add a sticker. Cancel, or apply and go back in history. Sticker is removed from view, but also the main image is gone! (and no longer appears in object list)
4. open an editor instance. Close it. The pixie-editor element gets hidden. Create a new instance with same config. Editor stays hidden as pixie does not initially set the element display and opacity attributes (it works fine though when reusing the first instance and .resetAndOpenEditor()).

I’d like to add the following:
5. with chrome dev tools enabled I could get the divider up high getting window higth below 200px. This causes zoom to go down to 0 and even negative values, and then the image is also lost. Unlike bug #3 above, the object is still there and this error also occurs the first time opening the editor. Please set a minimum zoom, or handle zero / negative values.
6. the circular handles for resizing stickers, text, etc are too small on mobile screen
7. on mobile: the cog for getting tool options doesn’t fit in its placeholder causing it to wrap
8. filters: on my mobile after first clicking on a filter it takes 6-7 second to get the result. In the meantime I clicked again and again thinking it didn’t work. Not a very good UX. Subsequent clicking another filter the result is almost instantaneous. Sounds like pixie is rendering all the filters at once? I’d rather have it render the one I clicked, even if that takes half a second or so.
9. text tool on mobile: the text-drawer needs a bit of css work.. not all color selectors fit on screen. Also, when creating a new text, after losing focus of the text area, which easily happens, the keyboard withdraws and I can not easily get it to pop back up. After pressing the checkmark to save the text options show up even when the text wasn’t focused. I’m seeing several related bugs reported here. I’ve also had pixie disappear (crash?) while working with this tool.
These will be improved with next update as well.

10. Re pixie disappearing/crashing: some further testing reveals that it was about getting pixie-editor element set to display:none; opacity:0. The real problem was, when resizing browser, accidentally clicking on pixie-editor outside image-editor in overlay mode. This closes pixie, which is not desired (as any edits are lost). Also then bug #4 above applies.
11. after adding an object and pressing apply the object is focused but the name widget (mobile) does not contain a translated sting. unfocus then focus the object and now it contains the translated string!
12. after adding a frame and apply: go to the frame settings. First: css issue: the size slider is offscreen (in mobile width). Second: resize but cancel. The frame does not return to previous width.
13. on narrow screens (see Iphone 5 and Galaxy Fold emulation in Chrome browser) the rightmost toolbar item wraps around. This is due to the default marginLeft in 2 sibling items. If there’s no way to conditionally remove it on mobile view then I’d recommend replacing the values with eg. 3vw and 2vw.
I think I’ve seen other minor bugs, and I’ll report when I recall them

If i switch to inline (overlay works ok) all images (demo or mine) do not fit well.
The demo images for example (that you know what they are) are loaded at 90% of zoom for some reason.
And without changing anything, resizing the browser, they become -10% zoomed. No matter if you enlarge or shrink the browser display. Same if you press for example F12 in browser.
The standalone demo works ok. My intergration to a simple theme, inline, doesn’t work right.

If using inline mode, make sure that pixie is within a container that has a height defined, otherwise there’s no way to set initial zoom properly.

What happens when someone is using pixie and wants to start from scratch with a new image? I can’t find a way or a menu for it.
The only way (i know) is to reload the page.

Hello, I was buying, but I realized that when changing the text content, it is no longer possible to change the font and colors of the text. Is it possible to fix this? the rest is ok.

It’s still possible. When text is selected there should be “text style” and “color” options.
On the smartphone it worked, but on the computer it doesn’t work. Tested on chrome, firefox edge.

Even clicking on apply nothing changes.
When the inserted text “Double click to edit” is changed, the color and font changing functions do not work. But if I don’t change the text it works.
