- clients can book hot desks and rooms in advance - clients can pay per booking - clients can pay for multiple bookings in advance (e.g. 10 days per amount x) - client can pay for a subscription (whole month access for amount Y) - in the future we can integrate the booking system inside a mobile app using the WordPress restapi

Our plugin is a booking plugin only. in the future we can integrate the booking system inside a mobile app using the WordPress restapi you will have to hire additional developer for mobile app
Hello, I offer climbing tours with two different ticket types. The fixticket (no cancelation) and the flextickets (date can be changed). Tours start every 30 minutes and take 3 hours each. A max of 10 people can be in a tour. As we only have a limited number of climbing harnishes (40) we would like to let people only book a tour if harnishes are available (e.g. previous tours are back already). As you can see we would need 60 harnishes if we don’t limit bookings and every 30 mins starts a new tour with 10 people. So, if the tour starting at 9:00 is fully booked and the 9:30 and the 10:00 … too the later tours would have lesser places left as if the previous tours would not be fully booked.
Is it possible to archive this with the bookings plugin?
Is it possible to set a booking slot is 3hrs long but new slots starts every 30 mins?
Is it also possible that I can set that people buying the flex ticket can change theire tourdates after booking (and paying) which people buying the fixticket can not change it?

Hello, I hope you are well, Pre-sales question You mentioned this wasn’t possible on some comments a couple of years ago, so I wanted to double check please. Can I charge my customer a day rate and (most importantly….) a cost to deliver to their location and collect from their location?
So they enter their postcode at checkout or booking stage and final price is calculated – say £1 per km or something. I can the see the Location to Location booking like Uber but this is more to do with delivery rather than how far you travel with the item. Many thanks, Alistair
Hi With our plugin you can have fixed location based cost but you can not have the way you are looking for it.

I have two follow up questions please A) Is the Pickup location always set on the Product page itself (like this example of yours: https://preview.redq.io/rnb/shop/bmw-i8/) or can it be set to appear at checkout stage – so if customers are renting multiple items it calculates it at the end of their rental purchase?
Is it possible to merge pickup charges? For example: £10 for the first item, £0 for the 2nd item, £0 for the 3rd item if its all from the same pickup location?

i bought your plugin. It is really nice so far.
We lend only one product with different splits (20 pieces / 40 / 60 / 80 /...) to our customers. Therefore i created an inventory in your plugin and connected it with different woocommerce products. All good so far.
After a few days working with your plugin i got a question. For example: Customer lends 60 pieces which reduces set quantity in your plugin
So my question : is it possible to connect different set amounts (same product) with one inventory of your plugin? I found a way with an amount field which is not a nice way of choosing amounts in my case.

Hi Unfortunately we do not have option for splitting like you want. You can enable quantity and then user can select their desired quantity
We are listing 170 rental products, Do we have to create sperate inventory for 170 products ? Or do you have any shortcuts

I am interested in buying your plugin for a bike rental shop. My question is if your plugin also prevents double booking.
For example if i have the same type of bike available 5 times and it gets booked 5 times the system forbids any further booking until the at least one bike is back in stock.

Hi, I´ve got some pre-sale questions: #1 is hourly booking possible with setting a minimum booking time of e.g. 2 hours? #2 I want the client just to choose booking for 2, 3, 4,... hours. No pick up time and no drop off time needed. Is it possible? #3 when using rfq: is the item still available for others or is it blocked in the calendar?
Hi 1.&2 No we do not have minimum booking hours and slotting system 3. blocking depends on if the booking is confirmed and also if there is quantity available at backend

Hi I’ve a couple of queries-
1. My client has a van rental business. They want it so that, say a customer books a vehicle for 1 day at a time of 11am but sets the vehicle next day at 11.30am onwards, that they are then charged for the additional day. I’ve set their pricing on a days range as they pricing is bespoke, but not sure how to have it so that it if it goes past the dropoff time it goes to the say 2 days pricing, and so on.
2. In testing one vehicle when trying to book says ‘Maximum rental days’ but with other vehicles the booking system works fine. Is there a way of fixing that?

- Is there a way to make it so that they have an option to either pay upfront (at the checkout) or when they return the product rental? So pay after they return the product?
- Is there an option for them to pick up a product? If there is, is there an option to select when the user wants to pick up the product during checkout? I want to have 2 options: “Pick a specific time/date for pickup” and “I will email you when I want to pickup (undecided)”. So there’s an option to either pick a specific time and date or do nothing and just email me when they’re ready. Is this possible?
- Can I make it so that if a product is not currently available, then on the shop and single product listing page it will say something like “Product is not available now, but it will be available starting [insert date when it will become available]”. Is this possible to have this automatically be displayed for each product?
- Is it possible to charge a specific amount of money based on a 5 business day rental period? So 5 business days = $100, 6-10 business days = $200, 11-15 business days = $300, etc.?
- Can users filter based on products that are currently available (i.e. not booked so they can book it immediately) and products that will be available in the future?
