Yesterday, we released a new update, have you installed the latest version? You can create a new page with “survform page template”, then edit the page, you can see the form and fields settings below the editor.

I updated to the latest version and now when trying to access the page on the frontend I am getting the “There has been a critical error on your website.” message. Also, the SurvForm Template is no longer an option under Page Attributes.
Following up on this. The plugin is unusable now as is.
Sorry for the bug.
I have released a new update on our server. You can delete the old version via the FTP client, then, download the plugin installation file on codecanyon and reinstall it.
Then, go to backend > plugins, you can update the new version.
The issue will be fixed.
The problem is the previous installation file is not complete on our server.

Thanks, that fixed the critical error issue. The custom template feature is still not working unfortunately.
More importantly, should the conditional setting be working? I see this when adding fields:
Condition Setting Only when the sepecific field value equal to the sepecific value, this field will be displayed.
But there is no actual way to add conditions. I checked the documentation and there is no mention of conditional settings. Can you explain how this works?

For custom template, please try to rename the page file to form-page-template.php. The full path is Your theme folder/survform/form-page-template.php.
For conditions feature, because we found the logic bug, so we have temporarily removed the conditional fields. Once we fixed the bugs, we will add them back.

For the conditions feature, do you have an ETA for when that will be back?
At this stage, we only achieved the condition feature for the radio and radio image field type. We still keep to trying support the other field types. But if not possible, I think the new update will be released soon, maybe today or tomorrow.
Thank you for updating the plugin. I am using the conditional feature now, but whenever I force an answer to skip to another question I get the “Please go back to answer the previous question” message.
For example, question 2 answer A should skip question 3 and go directly to question 4. When doing so I am forced to go back and answer question 3. Is there a fix for this issue?
This issue only happens when testing with a logged-out user. If I am signed into Wordpress, the issue does not occur.

Hi, I have been using Surform through Envato Elements and I don’t understand how to unlock “conditional setting”, there’s nothing I can do to use this section that is empty. The documentation doesn’t have any information in this regard. Can you help?
Also there doesn’t seem a way to change the text displayed for the buttons “Next” and “Previous”, this possibility would come really handy, especially on a non-English language website…

For the conditional setting, sorry for that. Because we found a bug so that we remove the related features in the current version until we fix it.
You can install loco translate plugin to create your language file, and translate button text.

You can recheck the plugins you have installed. Deactivate the question plugin and check again.

Hey, I would to buy your plugin but i would to know if it is possible before. I’m french so I’m not sure that I have all understood. Is it possible to use your plugin as a database for my customer. I’m therapist and I need to save their data during the session. Never my customer would have to complete the form by theirself. So I need to have a private link to do it. And export into a pdf or have an url to view the data completed. And my last question is that I have some bundle session so I need to re-use the same form to indicate the progression of my customer is it possible too ? Thanks for your time.

Not sure my understanding is correct.
1. All survey data will save to the WordPress database, and you can see the result via the backend page.
2. You can create a private page for the survey form, don’t make it public.
3. Unfortunately, now it doesn’t support to export the PDF file.
4. It doesn’t support to re-use the same form, because if you close the unfinished form page, the data will be lost.
