There seems to be a problem with the plugin because when I install it and try to use the shortcode on the “Checkout” page (without wpbakery page builder), the page breaks (I cannot access or edit the Checkout page once I publish it). However, when I use WPBakery page builder and enter the shortcode, it seems to work fine and let me save.
I got it working for now but this should be fixed. Also, I am using the Lafka theme and the tipping button does not show up on the checkout page without a shortcode (I thought it should show up automatically on the checkout page once I choose the location). Might be a theme compatibility issue…

I’m using your plugin to enable our drivers to receive tips. They use the official WooCommerce mobile app to view the orders etc. but the tip information isn’t displayed in the app. It doesn’t show up but does increase the purchased value in the $ total – but I can’t see the tip value itself in the mobile app.Is there a way to get your tip field to display?
There’s a similar issue reported in the comments 10 months ago and your reply was that you’d work on it. Has there been any progress?

Hi…I recently created a subdomain and copied my woocommerce store onto it. I would like to use this plugin on my subdomain as well. The tip is not included in the WCMP commission.

We have check document of market place plugin. But we don’t found anything for include donation/tip commission for vendor.
You need to ask market place support. Please ask them how to add woocommerce fee for commission.

Please note, WCMp calculated the commission only on the product price. And if the shipping, tax option is enabled, then those are added with the commission.
if you want to add FEE/TIP, into the commission then you have to do custom code. If you need reference of hook/filter, please do let us know. Also you can get coding idea from our GitHub: https://github.com/dualcube/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor

Is there any update on this issue? Also, I cannot check to see the sum of the tips for each period? How do I do that? The export option of Wordpress doesn’t have a time period specify, it exports ALL of the order.

For get tips detail you can use any free plugin for for export orders with tips for specific time periods
Also I have check email you send for market place plugin but it’s not use full for customization. I think it’s better to ask market place support for customization because we don’t know full function of market place plugin

I have added the donations and tips at check out plugin and everything looks fine however the tips are not being added to the final total. When I apply the tip nothing changed and when I process the order the credit card is not reflecting the added tip.

Hi, i am trying to run a report so I can see the Tips for a specific period of time. We have the tip set up at cart page and cant get a report via woocommerce reports. do you recommend anything. At the moment we have to print every invoice to add up the tips

We purchased the WooCommerce Donation Or Tip On Cart And Checkout plugin version 2.1. with 12 months support. We have configured it as your instructions describe.
We use it to allow the customer to add a Gratuity. We are using the Percentage Of Cart option. The values are 15,20,25, with no default. It’s on the checkout page only, Before Order Total.
Error Description: On the checkout page we see the Gratuity option and the three % options to choose. If you choose one, then click the Add Gratuity button, you get the error “Please enter valid value.” This error message is not accurate, you choose a % from the drop down menu. Please comment on what is causing the error.
