After de Update (Pdf creator for Arforms): I can see the list or the form. But I was not able to send the form. I reinstalled another worpress partition from scratch and reinstalled Arfroms. It works but as soon as I install this Pdf creator for Arforms update, nothing works anymore. when I want to see the pdf I have a message “A critical error has occurred on your site.”.
kindly paste errors here, so i can get basic idea.

I had already made the correction. But to be simple I think that in the “Manage PDF Template” page it is necessary to say to click on “Import Additional Font”. But I would tell you that this kind of error should not happen after an update or even an installation. This error must be corrected.
Yes. will take note of that. Usually updates don’t break fonts but this time its huge jump as updated all library to the latest so, you get better and faster experience.

I’m very upset because my client complaint about me saying that the plugin is not working and he is right ! since, i don’t even know when, but let’s say since the last update there have been critical error due to FONT note present on files… you cannot propose font and don’t add them on the files. That a professionnal fault I think so what will you do to prevent this to happend again . If you answer is ok I will renew my support otherwise I think I will just change plugin and inform people to not use it. Thank you in advance. PS: I’ll have a screenshot of the critical error saying

Have you tried importing fonts? in ARForms there is page pdf template menu. there you will see import fonts. Try importing fonts once. It may solve your issue.
I don’t need assitance, I found the trick myself but it took me time and to figure out that was a mistake due to you…. that’s why I’m upset, it’s not even on the code but only because you forgot to do your job. See jeancharles81 below has the same problem…. unless you create problem to “force” people to renew…. but I can’t believe you’ll do that.
Forcing people??? you paid us for something and it was clearly written before you buy that after 6 months if you need any support then you need to extend. If we keep doing free support then there will not be any update in future because there wont be any revenue for us to survive.
So, instead of putting unethical demand why don’t you think about that??
we are not forcing you to extend your support. please never ever extend support. but when your support is over and you want us to look into any issue then looking into it is also is not 1 minute thing, it will take time too. so, will not be able to entertain this way.
when any common bug occur then obviously we gonna provide update.I think you don’t read what I wrote. I have never ever asked for support. I’m just complaining about the fact that your update broke everything (and apparently I’m not the only one) and that’s why I’m upset. I totally agree paying for support and understand that time is money but I disagree when it’s an update problem which it is.

Can we choose how fields are laid out in the PDF? Say for example, I want 3 form fields on one line, and 2 fields on the next line and so on. Will this allow it?

You can not do it on already made pdf. This addon creates new pdf. of course u can customize.
How do you back up the pdf editor templates? I’m about to replace my old site and would like to import all my arforms/pdf editor and signature entries into the updated website theme. Is there an import/export feature for pdf too? Thanks.
1. Import/Export feature is not available for pdf but you can export entries from ‘wp_arf_pdf_creator’ table from old website database and import it to updated website database so that you can use PDF templates.
2. It’s not possible to export signature entries directly. However, you can export ‘form with entries’ from old website (ARForms > Import/Export page) and import it to new website so that forms with entries will remain same. You also need to copy ‘wp-content/uploads/arforms’ folder from old website to new website so that all uploaded images and signature are remain same.

Yes u surely can do it. In form editor click on email notification option and you will see popup where you can set email notification. On that page at bottom you have facility to set dynamic name if pdf addon is present, for further assistance kindly open support ticket at our helpdesk.

After Installing the newest version of PDF Creator, i can´t see or select the default Templates. The pulldown lelector is empt. The folder (core/templates) with the default templates is empty too. I copied the templates of an older cersion in the empty folder, but doesn´t work. Any Idea?

Not sure how to get support for this plugin. I entered in the purchase code, but it only allows purchase code of ARForms and not ARForms PDF Plugin. Anyways, issue I am having is that images uploaded by user in ARForms is not showing up in PDF Template. I am using {ARF_GetValue:193} as 193 is my Upload File Variable on my form. But I am not getting any images to show up in PDF.
