Thank you for the quick reply. However, this is not helping.

The first link to demo the product is not sending me an email for the sandbox login. (Yes, I’ve checked junk/spam folder. I tried yesterday, too. I’ve not gotten any links). So, I can’t access the demo.

The second link says the PDF Creator makes PDF’s and emails them. I need to know more than this! I need to know:

• Does the PDF contain ALL contents of the form, including static text (paragraphs, html text)? OR, does it only contain the input fields?
• Does the PDF contain any formatting so the result has an appearance that is typical of a document (instead of just a bunch of data)?
• If the PDF template can be formatted, what is the process and how difficult is this?

its okay even if you dont receive email as once you submit that form it redicts to another page where you can see sandbox url username and password. Just user it and you can enjoy your demo.

Regarding pdf addon glad to share with you that we give editor in pdf addon so, you can format your content. put static content in editor and dynimic content using shortcodes. i think no other form builder plugin gives such easy way to configure pdf template.

I see there are two default templates available. I also see the documentation on creating custom files based off the default templates. For my situation, a custom pdf template will be necessary to email to clients.

Would it be possible for me to see a pdf template file so I will know what I will be writing?

it surely is possible to change pdf template. But you need to change template manually. As there is no editor yet where you can just edit template by leaving in wordpress admin section.

And yes, you surely can make it like invoice without any problem. just go through documentation of pdf addon and we have given information on customizing template there.

regarding addons let me try to answer one by one. however i would also suggest that for any kind of support you should open ticket at our helpdesk as thats best place to get solution of your problems.

1. Pdf addon field order issue will be fixed in 1-2 days as releasing new update for the addon.

2. with some knowledge of html you can actually customize the pdf template. please refer pdf addon documentation.

3. changing signature in percentage is not possible yet but will give it a thought.

4. yes as i said you can customize your pdf template. Also, for any further technical support kindly open support ticket at our helpdesk.

Hi, Thanks for the answers. After checking many of your responses to other people, I noticed that you are used to giving promises like “we will give it a thought” or “We’ll add this feature if we think it’s useful”! You say that even if the feature or fix requested is something that really makes sense. You cater to your clients and you really should listen to what they say. Here are a couple of notes:

1… You’re selling a plugin so don’t ask customers to write HTML to go around something missing in your PDF plugin. The form should include all fields including any paragraphs. This should be included. Otherwise, the plugin is useless for many users. We buy plugins to work faster so asking as to write HTML because you’re plugin lacks a basic features is not a solution.

2… You said you’ll fix the order of the fields in the PDF addon in 2 days. One day has passed, will you be releasing the update tomorrow?

3… Regarding your “signature” addon – You said you’ll give my suggestion “make the signature field responsive” a thought!! If all fields are responsive, why not this field? Don’t you think it makes sense?

- If you have no solution for no 1 & 2 above, I will have to ask for a refund if my client has any more complaints about your addons.

i think now this is not something we would be able to entertain when you start judging this way. When we have promised something then sooner or later most probably we have fullfilled that. upon any feature request when we say we would think over it then we definitely would but its not possible that we can do it exactly when customer want as lots of things are there, some times suggested feature is not in our road map too. further more this is product we are talking about not doing any custom work where you just order any change you want and we would be able to do it right away for you.

1. We never claimed otherwise. thats exactly how it works in our product and never had shown you that we have different way.

Further more please speak for your self and yourself only do not speak for many users etc as we both know that you are not going to care about any of them once your purpose is solved.

2. YES WE HAD but my comment is not even passed 24 hours. i had wrote 1-2 days so, it would take at least that much time but its technical work so, may take day or two more to release. FYI its already been fixed in our copy but we may add some other things and then release it.

3. i said will give a thought means i will have to think whether you are asking is actually can be done if other fields are working different way. As signature field is not every other field.

so, i can understand if you need refund but we are doing our best to provide best product and best support.

2—I based my comment on something I read in the comments. You said “regarding field order, we are aware of and will be fixed in very next version.”. That was 3 years ago. Nobody is perfect and that’s ok.

we have completely made major change in arforms 3.0 and had changed all addons accordingly and this issue i believe raised again after this. so, its already was in our list before you even asked and as i said about to be fixed. so, not trying to be perfect.

I think you are not getting sir. Point is never here to argue with you, just wanted to clarify things much honestly as i can.

Ok thank you! What about including all fields (HTML elements for example) in the PDF form? I think that’s a must-have basic feature.

i dont think we are going to add this, as html can contain javascript too. some of our customer do use it that way. But we are going to do better. we are going to give Editor to design your pdf. but i am not able to answer you on when exactly it will be done. sorry on that. we want to give that facility soon as possible.
