there are a lot of must plugins I’m using on the site & it conflicted with yours & it took down the site. I’m kindly asking for a refund, please comply. your product is great, I tested it on another domain but on the main site I planned to use it…it caused a problem.
Hello ClimaxWeb, I’ve requested a refund 4 days ago through Envato as you requested.. But no reply from you. You know I’ve immediately asked for a refund after the plugin caused an issue with my site. Since you plugin uses a licencing system, you can deactivate the licence and honer a refund for your customer. I don’t understand the point of not being able to use your product & not getting my money back. Please Refund me, I don’t want to do Bad review on your product because of this unsatisfactory experience.

Plugin working great so far. I noticed that there is no option to delete past user entries, just wanted to give feedback that this would be a nice feature to have so the pdf files aren’t taking up space on the server when they might not be needed anymore.

Just to point out, no space is taken up at all on the server, the PDF is generated with the plugin and deleted right away after download.
I have a problem with error: PDF attachment is not accepted. I go to DocuPUB and i will convert pdf in Compatibility Acrobat 5.0 PDF14 but not work. Thx

We see that there is a margin on the top of all the pages that overlap the company logo. The margin on the top does not exist before we update the plugin from 3.5.8 to 3.6.6. Is there a way to remove the margin on the top of the PDF pages?

I updated the plugin from 3.6.6 to the latest version 3.6.7 but the margin on the top of the PDF still exists.

My bad I forgot to include something..
Please download and install that version again, I didn’t change the version it’s still 3.6.7 but slightly change a line of code.
If that still doesn’t work for you, please send me us via email your admin credentials.
We downloaded the plugin & updated it on the website today but still the margin on the top of the PDF exists. We sent you the website admin login credentials through email contact form.

Hi, this plugin works great, thank you, except the template LETTER size does not work well, and also the pdf genearation script program is adding a couple of black lines, one at the top and one at very bottom, how can we solve this?

You could try the following solution:
Go to the plugin folder/includes/generate-pdf.php
and insert this line of code between the line 62 and 63:
$pdf->SetMargins(0, 0, 0, false);
And see if the issue persists.
NOT COOL AT ALL!!! I purchased this plugin 2 years ago. I purchased 1 license for 1 domain and I created 28 “Customize Your PDF” pages. NOW, this developer provides and upgrade – which of course I installed and 1.) I have to recreate my projects all over again – no big deal BUT 2.) This developer has now limited the license to 10 projects!!!! NOTHING in the description states that the plugin will only create 10 projects – 1st of all, but more importantly I ALREADY PURCHASED THIS PLUGIN AND DID NOT HAVE A LIMIT WITH I PURCHASED IT!! How deceptive it THAT

Hi there, i just purchased the plugin so from my understanding is first i have to create the form on one of my pages and then with this plug in i can only connect the fields tothe pdf? what i thought and what i saw on the video it looked like only thing what we need to do is just upload the pdf and the form will be created automatically? my form is very long so what is the easiest way to create that? i use elementor fpr page builder and ocean wp for theme
I’m sorry but there’s no way that could happen without the front form, you can use one of the form builders that you want, it’s so easy to map the form fields to the PDF.

the system produces a PDF file only when I submit a form when I log in to WordPress admin. An external client who submits the form and is not connected to the wordpress panel the plugin does not produce a PDF. do you have any idea? i send you mail with login details please check
Which version have you installed, that’s only related to the version 3.6.2 it was fixed right away.

Yes it works perfectly with the latest version of wordpress.
You need to uninstall the previous options from previous versions to make that work.
Please see the option page users entries, it usually includes indication to why it doesn’t send.

I purchased this theme and tried to get up in running in a few minutes as advertised but now I am confused. I don’t have a 3rd party form builder, instead I want to build a fillable form off a PDF thats already done saved in my media gallery. I just need to make the items fillable Is this possible or is it mandatory that I use another 3rd party form builder?
Yes it’s mandatory to create a form using any form builder you want, you wan use contact form 7 it’s free and it works perfectly with the plugin.

Yes it is compatible with arabic fonts !
As explained in the docs, you need to choose the font that display the arabic character, we’ve embedded two “Aealarabiya” and “Aefurat Regular”, choose between the two.
Or you can upload your own font.

2) Yes, HTML tags can be written on the PDF, as long as the form you’re using doesn’t escape them, then that’s possible.
3) The admin can download the PDFs anytime he wants, but the users can get the PDF only via email, but there’s an addon that support that we’re working on and it will be released as soon as possible.
