Hi yes payment is depended on woocommerce, so you can enable cash on delivery and users will not be required to pay while booking. regarding the other issue can you please explain what you meant by several forms?

hi, i bought and installed RNB to test it and have two questions about the google calendar sync. 1. is it possible to change the title format from {inventory} | {order-status} to something else? 2. more seriously, this isn’t ics, so other platforms such as airbnb can’t work with it, can they? i can SEE the RNB calendar in google, but that’s about it, right?

1. ok 2. ok, i can sync airbnb to the SAME google calendar, but there does not seem to be TWO WAY sync. events i add to the google calendar are not blocked in the rnb calendar. is that right? 3. there seems to also be an issue with the google calendar sync, that it blocks out one day longer: a booking from 1 oct – 10 oct is blocked out from 1 – 11 oct. one day longer. could you look at this please?

Well of course airbnb is another platform, but this is what we’d use RnB for, isn’t it? This is unfortunately a limitation of your plugin that it doesn’t have iCal support for two way sync. It would be clearer to acknowledge this in a clear way. My support has expired so I any open a ticket about the other problem, but I’m sure you can recreate the issue.

I have a question. If I have 5 items to add to the basket – and am using this plugin. is there a way, I don’t have to select dates for every product as the entire list is for the same number of days. It’s bad UX to expect my customer to select dates on every item.

let’s use this scenario:
the customer rents a monthly product rental and ticks the box to say we can take future rental payments on their credit card and they have read the terms and conditions. the payment gateway has to be stripe. the FIRST rental period is set to monthly, but the following renews are on a different time basis (weekly/15-days). if the customers do not return the product on the end of ther rental period, they are then charged by stripe on their card for another rental period. We continue to charge the customers card every month until the product is returned.
is this possibile? in particular we need:
1. using stripe as payment gateway.
2. using stripe for recurring, auto-renewing following rental periods.
3. having different rental periods on the same product (e.g.: the first is monthly, the following ones are weekly/something else).
4. setting up a half/monthly period (15-days)

Hi Unfortunately we do not have the auto renew system and the user has to select pick up and drop off dates. You can set minimum booking days to 30 so that use minimum rents for a month. But after that you will need to create new booking as we do not order editing system. For payment gateway we used woocommcerce default so whatever payement gateway is supported via woocommerce is also supported via our plugin.

Am I able to have the price of an appointment dynamically change depending on a date range from present day? It doesn’t matter if this is achieved using a single appointment or multiple showing on a single calendar at the same time. Perhaps by an early bird or discount coupon auto applied even?
I can’t assign set costs to specific days of the week because the cost changes depending on how far away the appointment is from today.
For example
It’s Friday today: Saturday’s appointment costs £30 (+1 day) Sunday’s appointment costs £20 (+2 day) Monday’s appointment costs £10 (+3 day)

Team, great plugin. One question – I need “Single Day Booking” enabled, but not counting the first day as 1-day. What and where should I edit in the theme files, or is there a function that I can add as snippet to do that?
Or let me explain in more detail. I need “Single Day Booking” enabled, but not counting the first day as 1-day. All the Resources and Categories, when selected to be ‘per day’, always count the 1st day and the second. Now, making it 2 days to be counted. That cannot be fixed with all suggestions made in the comments here.
So basically, Single day booking, where I can select specific Resource or Category as payable per day, but not counting the 1st day selected.
Or to be even shorter, I need all the functions of “Single Day Booking” off, but being able to book the same day in the calendar.

Yes, you can not count the same day as 0 or without any rental price. there should be some hourly pricing in that case.

Hi, i have a pre-sale question. Can i make a condition where for example my customers are renting my product for 2 days. I have set the max hour late is 5 hours. If my customers are late in returning the rental items, there will be extra charge on hourly rate for the first 5 hours. But if my customer exceeded 5 hours, then my customers will be charged for 3 days.
Hi No, If you set max hour late to 5 that will mean that users will not be charged for those extra 5 hours they took for returning. after that your normal daily or hourly rate will be calculated.

With the regular license can I do a full clothing rental web page, where people can chose the clothing they want, the dates they want to rent it, and make PAYMENTS through the page? Its not clear to me the statement “end users are not charged for” in the regular licence specifications. I want to make sure that if I buy the regular licence I can charge the users for renting the clothing.
