Dear, reviewing the functionality of the platform I have the following doubts:
1.- When is the order cancellation scheduled, both by the seller as well as by the customer? 2.- How can a customer communicate with a seller once the order is placed.
These options seem important to me since they would keep both communicated and reach an agreement in the case of canceling the order.

Order cancellation system is not available right now. Customer can make contact via email to admin. Otherwise a lot of customers want to hide the sellers information even so maximum customer’s demand is opposite as your need.

admin is it possible to add product true scanner machine (barcode) and also will you add bitcoin/ perfectpay payment gateway ?

It’s for security purpose. If there is no activity for 2 hours, it will be logged out automatically. Or you can check on remember me checkbox to keep you logged in.

Digital goods means that product which are downloadable.as loke different software or audio clips etc.Classified goods system has been used for selling used products.Delivery system isn’t integrated yet but will be integrated in future update.Currently you can handle this in manual system.

According to regular office time you will get reply and if you are already connected with support zone then it will not need to make contact with us via comment section. It make confusion for the item support staff which may the reason for delay support.
