Can I handle that with your system?
You can set our ‘class’ as your degree, ‘subject’ as your area. That might be suitable to match with our erp.

You don’t need to set the level. It is for initial, primary and secondary probably. But not for university structure.

As described in the Installation guide. I followed the steps very carefully i have extracted the files on the sub folder in the public_html. then opened the same url http://gracebarwaha.com/ekattor/

Yes you can change the logo to your school logo, no problem with that. The visit website button can be removed, it’s a simple tweak. You can then redirect it from your wordpress website. So everything of your requirements seems possible to implement.
