We are already using the YITH WOOCOMMERCE POINTS AND REWARDS, however this plugin only let’s users convert their points in financial discounts.

We don’t want that, we want a list of 4-5 products and we want our users to be able to covert their points in one of those products.

100 points —> Product 1

500 points —> Product 2

etc.

If possible, we would like some of these products to be only be available for a purchase with points, so you can’t buy them by paying with money.

Also, since our membership business is heavily based on Active Campaign, we would love to be able to apply tags and trigger automations based on the points earned by a user, we could use Zapier if direct integration with Active campaign is not available.

Of course we can compromise here and there, but this is what we are looking for.

Can your plugin do any of the things we are looking for?

I have pre-sales inquiries:

1) Do I only need 1 license for a single multisite network or 1 license per sub-site in the multisite?

2) How does the points system work on a multisite?

Scenario#1: If for example I have 3 sub-sites (site#1, site#2 & site#3) in the network and a customer earns 50pts in sites#1. Will the points synchronize and reflect as 50pts on site#2 and site#3?

Scenario#2: If the answer is yes on the first scenario, what if the customer uses 25pts on site#2, will this be synchronized as well and deduct on all the sites?

Btw, I use a plugin to synchronize the user database across the multisite. So if your data saves in the user wise database, I believe it will sychronize the points across the network.

Hi, may i know can i set the membership, which mean when customer go to purhcase the items until certain level then they will become brown level, silver level or gold level? then if they reach brown level, then when they next time go to purchase another product will get 5% discount then silver member will get 10% discount and so on

My client wants to add his product but without price … the price must be the points … he will register the users and add the points corresponding to each one … therefore the TV product will cost 500 points … NOT $ 500 usd

What I mean is that I do not want the customer to know the value / cost of the product, but only buy it with their points awarded by the administrator.

Hello. Now I am considering this plugin. Does it will send automatic reminder before points expire? Also, if member bought a product from the store using their points and they want a refund on that order, how the points will be reverted to his account again?. Users can earn points only through purchasing our products

We have 3 different statuses for customers, on which their earning of points/dollar ratio will be decided.

Customer’s status will be determined / changed as follows:

Status A (default): 10 points per every dollar spent (all time purchases amount = $0 – 5000) – 0-2 orders per month will be required to keep this status

Status B: 15 points per every dollar spent (all time purchases amount = $5000 – $10,000) – 3-5 orders per 60 days will be required to keep this status

Status C: 20 points per every dollar spent (all time purchases amount = $10,000+) – 5 orders or more per 90 days will be required to keep this status

Points can be redeem in form of Cash Back and Few Selected Products (each product can be redeemed with different pre-setted number of points)

Minimum number of points through which any specific product / cas can be redeemed is 5000

Cash can be redeemed as following criteria: 5000 points = $5 10000 points = $10 15000 points = $15 20000 points = $20

Specific products can be redeemed by following criteria: 5000 Points = Product A 6500 Points = Product B 25000 Points = Product C 50000 Points = Product D

Functionalities that will also be required: • Customer can see his earned points and current status in header • Customer will be able to see his earned points and current status in My Accounts Page (separate tab)

Hi, Presales Question, I would like to give some percentage incentive for for buyers (on my amazon affiliate shop), for example, if they buy any product in some certain category i wanted to give x% amount (of the pricing) of the product.

Challenge here is that Buyer clicks buy button on my website and going on amazon website via my affiliate link, How to track back that they actually purchased the product successfully. I am interested in WooCommerce Ultimate Points And Rewards plugin, however I need a specific feature that is vital to my business concept. My use case requires a situation where

1: I want to be able to set a reward for purchasing a specific product to not be instantaneous, rather the reward point will be awarded on the anniversary or a set date after the purchase (1day, 1 weeks, 1 month, 1 year). If as example, i set the reward for a specific product purchase to be given 30 after purchase, then when a member makes purchase, the reward point will only be awarded to the member on the 30th day of purchase, if set to 1 year, will be given on the anniversary of the purchase of that specific item.

2: I want to also be able to set if the reward should be a one time fixed reward or if it should be a recurring reward, meaning based on the example above, if it is recurring, a member will be rewarded every 30days or every anniversary of the item purchase. However recurring rewards must have an end-date so that on the set end-date, the system will stop awarding the member/customer reward.

That is basically the extra feature I require. Is this a feature that could be custom develop for me done?

Hello, I really liked this plugin. I have two concerns below

1. Can customer buy any product with some points and remaining cash? 2. Can customer buy gift card as product and send to someone (like: https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/). So the recipient can buy from our shop using that gift voucher. Also they can check the gift voucher balance.
