Hi, My website is having payment issues. People can not pay using a card. When they enter the card details into the woocommerce payment section and then click to accept the T&C’s, the credit card numbers disappear (seems like form is refreshed). Can you help?

Hi, I just purchased your plugin and tried it out but it is not working. The credit card input fields show for a second then disappear. How can I resolve this?

How to Fix: Square is enabled, but the force SSL option is disabled; your checkout is not secured! Please enable SSL and ensure your server has a valid SSL certificate.
Website SSL is perfectly installed and working perfectly.

The squire payment form is not showing up in checkout. It’s enabled connected and not sandbox. The form appears for a second then goes away. Empty container. I see the following error in console. Initializing Google Pay failed ElementNotFoundError: The element #google-pay-button was not found square.js?ver=3.1:1. I used tis plugin before no problem. I’m using the lasted WordPress 6.0 and woo commerce installations. Let me know.

I disconnected the plugin cleared cache and reconnected but same problem. Square form shows up for a split second on the checkout page then disappears with the initializing google pay error in console. I sent you an email.

It is concerning to see that it has been OVER A YEAR since this plugin was updated. For this reason, I am not likely to buy it. Too many people reporting problems. When do you plan to update? I DO NOT need product syncing. So don’t push me over the Plus version. Thank you.

If this plugin doesn’t work anymore why is it still being sold? It has stopped allowing me to do refunds since the new version of Woocommerce 5.3.0. I’m not going to pay for support to submit a ticket if it not going to work anyway or ever get updated. I have some cranky customers thanks to this app just suddenly not working.

Hi, I was wondering if when processing a product, the meta description from the woocommerce product can be sent to Square? For example, I have a product in woo, with notes and additional fields as meta description. I would want the meta description and the note to show up in the Transaction page in Square, ultimately being able to print the order with all the meta description on the thermal printer from the Square POS?
