1. Am I able to use my own api for social account uploads? 2. Am I able to remove any reference to lumise such as url when i share, copyright in design tool, and wherever else lumise will show on my frontend? This is a must for me to have this tool on my site. MY COMPANY BRANDING IS KEY. These things are an absolute must. Is it possible?

Hey, These plugins are not working properly for me: My Designs, Backgrounds. When I run Backgrounds I get an error trying to add wallpapers. When I run My Designs the user can no longer save designs, when I turn it off it goes back to work.
What to do? At first I was on PHP 7.4 and because of these glitches I changed to 7.20. It did not help. What should I do ? Thanks

Hey, I was responded to with a ticket, but Sophie asked me to send login details again so that the programmer could connect. But I have already sent them. Anyway I sent them on the ticket again.
1. File -> save to my designs does not work. The system says it saved the design successfully, but that does not really happen. 2. Assign plugin causes glitches. 3. Suddenly I do not see the “Backgrounds” tab inside the editor. Although the Addon is on Active.
4. Distress still not working.

I notice that the problem with the categories is general and not just in the templates. If I do sub-categories something does not work. This is probably the last glitch. Hope you can fix it soon

Hey, Once I turn off the Addon “Assign” then you no longer see “backgrounds” inside the editor .. There is probably a conflict between the addons. It took me a while to figure it out. I prefer that “Assign” will not work because it messup – sub-categories ..
So all in all it should make “backgrounds” work even when “Assign” is off.

Do orders indicate which background the customer selected when customizing their product? I would like to use the backgrounds feature to let customers choose the type of material they want their image printed own. Each material has a different texture so the original color change feature will not work for me.

You can click on a clipart then select a product design, but I tried the same url like adding editor.php?cliparts=776 to the php version but it does not work, is there a way I can make it work like that?
I noticed this is a part of display_template_clipart addon but the codings looks like hook to a wordpress, i am using php version.
I just need the function to call the clipart and import. I am creating my own design library.

I think you should setup Lumise in live site then send us site info + FTP account. We will help you check the problem. The version I send you is the latest version and we can still install and it works normally. Maybe the problem due to localhost.
