Sorry to say but I feel scammed by you. The only reason I bought your plugin is that I need a photo contest possibility that you clearly show on your demo pages. Now, this is useless for me as it is only a gallery that I can make also with my Elementor plugin. Why are giving a wrong impression about the possible functionalities of your plugin?

Your current mobile view isn’t mobile ready. Yes, it’s responsive but that just turns everything into one column on mobile and users have to scroll and scroll down which isn’t user friendly. Will it be possible to get grid on mobile view? At least 2 or 3 columns grid?

Well not soon. It is in the development and the mansonry view is actually done. But the plugin goes through massive update right now. It will be done in the next year.

Hi guys, I have a image-based website, and I am looking for a solution that allows users to bookmark the images we have posted and create galleries of their own. We don’t allow them to upload, but rather use the images that are already uploaded. I was wondering if this is a solution your plugin can provide. thanks
Hello! This plugin can use already uploaded images from Media library. You cannot create galleries for that but you can created Albums/Categories

Hi. Pre-sale question… My site has Ultimate Membership Pro – and i see that all users must be signed up in order to upload a photo. Will this system work with a system like membership pro as the account sign up system? I notice that any accounts that sign up through the membership system also show as users under the dashboard in wordpress – so i’m hoping that this registers with your plug in and allows members to upload their photos. Can you clarify if this works with membership style plugins like the one i have.
Hello. No membership plugins are not integrated. But it is a plan for the future version.
i read on a thread here somewhere that there is a way to bypass or hide the upload button to work around this… is there anything that can be done to work around this until an upgrade
my membership program does copy members to the wordpress user files – so once signed up they would be able to post… i could add on the page a link to sign up first before uploading pictures… i’m also asking my membership plug in people if there is a workaround.. but if you know of a way to hide the upload button and let me put them in custom on the page then it might work… ?? What do you think?
actually i just got back confirmation from membership pro that UMP is based on WP Users…There are only a couple pages within my site that require membership pass other then that it’s all based on wp users (free accounts) – so based on their info that Ultimate Membership Pro plugin is based on WP users, then would your plug in work – doesn’t matter if they sign up through your sign up or the memership one as far as uploading pictures… when they go to access a blocked membership paid page, they would still be directed to pay to see those pages – and it’s still all wp user based.. so if ‘m reading this correct, your plug in would work. Am i correct?
My plugin really uses just WP users so yes you are correct.

Hi, when a user uploads any image that is more in height, crops automatically and not shows as a full image. We allow Max Height 5000px in plugin settings and in WordPress media settings but no change, please guide any solution.,,

Hello. Well, the gallery user is a WordPress user so it is possible to just generate a new password anytime. But the main WordPress registration email is always with the generate password link. This is just how WordPress works.
