This application has many vulnerabilities.
First: for it to work perfectly, you have to disable the operating system firewall, and this issue is not in the documentation.
The application gave several errors according to the image https://prnt.sc/u5q53y, I bought it thought it was just following the documentation, but it doesn’t work I won’t disable my server’s firewall for an application to work.Second: open a call they said it is not supported and they gave me the documentation, I had already followed the documentation I did all the processes but it doesn’t work if I disable the firewall, today my server is shared and I hired a VPS just to do this test and for my surprise it worked with I disabled the firewall works.
This is a disrespect to the buyer that loses all credibility with customers.
And don’t tell me that your application works, we don’t know what you did on your server to work, you could join the DevOps era to help people and don’t talk about this story.

It seems there are some misunderstandings. You don’t have to deactivate the firewall on your Server.
The MasterStudy App is a project package that allows building android and ios apps. According to your screenshot, you successfully built the app which means there is no problem with the MasterStudy App.
Please pay attention to the location of that error, that is a section where should be a dynamic content from your website. The app can’t load the content from your website. The cause of this kind of issue is the security restrictions on the Server.
The MasterStudy App uses the standard Rest API of WordPress and some Servers block the API calls by default. However, it doesn’t mean that you have to disable the firewall on your server.
You need to disable the firewall/mod_security extension for testing purposes only. But it can’t be a permanent solution. It needs to exclude all the API calls that contain this URL ”.../wp-json/ms_lms/v1/...” in the firewall. The same settings we did on our Server.
Furthermore, we clearly declared on the item page, the MasterStudy App doesn’t come with the customer support according to the Envato support policy. You can read the definition of the support here – https://codecanyon.net/page/customer_refund_policy.

1) Our theme supports Arabic RTL version by default, however, our developers are working in order to add RTL support to the App, we can not provide an exact date of the release.

Hello, I managed to install everything and upload it to the app store, but I have a problem with the courses that should go to udemy, when I start the course the screen is gray. Do you know if it works with said courses or what needs to be modified?

Please note, the Courses imported from the Udemy will no display on the App by default. The app will display only the MasterStudy LMS plugin courses.
If you have created a course under LMS plugin and redirect the course to another source (https://prnt.sc/u5hinx), please make sure that you have enabled the Affiliate course option and correctly indicate the link.

Hello, I deleted the courses that I had already synchronized with udemy and reloaded some, they appear in the application. Can you tell me how to make them not appear in the app? The App is related to the MasterStudy and MasterStudy PRO plugins. We recommend you to use the MasterStudy theme as the aforementioned plugins are already in the theme.
For the app, there are no server requirements as the app is a full-fledged app that loads courses from the site based on the MasterStudy theme through the API.

Video lesson is a type of lesson of a course. Sure, it supports the embed videos from Vimeo. All the videos in the demo are embedded links from YouTube

But I want to say that in this pandemic, since March 2020, no educational institution was opened so keeping in mind this thing, such a coaching institute management app with php admin panel must be released as soon as possible, in which such features should be included…. Everything should be editable…. 1. Splash Screen – Middle Half Page Logo 2. Sign up / Login Page – Sign up page – Full Name, Mobile Number With OTP verification, & Password. 3. Home Page -> there should be some sliding images and other running courses images (20 images). In the bottem, there should be fixed panel in which Home – Courses – Doubts (Live Chat with pictures) – Notification – LIVE (Live class feature with YouTube live streaming / YouTube Video link adding / Google Meet live link which should be opened inside app) 4. Quiz (MCQs and others) with timing. There should be excel upload facility. 5. Paid / Unpaid course facility. 6. Payment gateway (Specially Instamojo / Paytm / PayU / Razor Pay)

3. YouTube Live Stream feature is available as Live Stream courses in the app. However, Google Meet has its own app and it doesn’t make sense to integrate it to another app.

You can upload any kind of course material to your courses. Moreover, you can create an Assignment lesson type, so your students can upload their mockups, templates, or essays directly in course. Before i purchase the app yesterday, i was afraid because there was many complains, but then i decided to buy and try. I did not use the theme yet, but i am having problems with the app since yesterday. Please don’t tell me to follow the app documentation, because i did, just answer my following question:
1: Flutter doctor, package dependencies, project structure in android studio and everything seems correct, i have followed the app docs, but still i have many errors in Inject.dart folder and the dart analysis shows 198 ERRORS..
2: Most of the errors are like : error: Undefined name ‘Coffee’. (undefined_identifier at [inject.example.coffee] bin\brew.dart:12) , error: The function ‘expect’ isn’t defined. (undefined_function at [inject.example.coffee] test\coffee_app_test.dart:22), error: The name ‘DripCoffeeModule’ isn’t a class. (creation_with_non_type at [inject.example.coffee] bin\brew.dart:12), error: Color isn’t a type. (not_a_type at [masterstudy_app] lib\theme\theme.dart:95), error: The name ‘Color’ isn’t a class. (creation_with_non_type at [masterstudy_app] lib\theme\theme.dart:96), error: This requires the ‘control-flow-collections’ language feature to be enabled. 3: sometimes i see error like this: Library Dart Packages has broken classes path: C:\flutter\flutter\.pub-cache\hosted\pub.dartlang.org\shared_preferences_macos-0.0.1+6\lib
4: the .App and .Mainactivity in the androidmanifest file in android/app/ folder is red and NOT resolving: Class referenced in the manifest, com.example.masterstudy_app.MainActivity, was not found in the project or the libraries
5: if i select android from the drop-down list of the project tab, it says nothing to display, but when i select project all i can see all files.

1-2. Could you please clarify when did you get such errors? Also, please provide screenshots of those errors.
3. Please pay attention to the path in the error. It refers to the Flutter folder located on your C disk. There is nothing to do with the MasterStudy App at all.
Try to run the flutter clean command and re-build your app. If it doesn’t help, go to the “flutter” folder and remove the ”.pub-cache” folder manually.
4. You need to correctly set your unique package name. We mentioned those settings in our manual. If you followed everything correctly, there should be such an error. The “com.example.masterstudy_app” is the sample package name.
5. It is highly possible that the cause the errors mentioned above (1-2), that you tried to build the app from the project folder. That means, you ignored one of the main parts of the app-building process mentioned in our documentation.
Open your MasterStudy App root project folder via file manager and check the android folder. If it is empty, download the fresh version of the MasterStudy app from your Envato profile and start the building process from scratch following the exact steps provided in our documentation.

The App works with the LMS default Courses. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support Zoom lesson types. We will try to improve in future updates.

The Gradle is a plugin of Android Studio. Please try to update the Gradle and run it more time
Also, please try to run from Terminal/CMD this command: flutter clean.

And fetching same issue so i don’t have problem with my servers.
Only home page and search bar not working.
Every thing else working perfectly.
In home page only loading showing up.
In order to correctly run the app please upload your site to a live server. With the local server, the app will not work correctly.
Also, could you please clarify where you bought the app? Could you please log into your account where the purchase was made and write comments using this account?

I just submitted the question, we would be happy to pay the customization and deployment, so we dont have to worry about it. We do have another app already willing to change it for yours.
