Are your templates compatible with PS 8.1.5 ? Thx.
Hey, yes. They are compatible with PrestaShop 8.1.5.
Hi, are your mails compatible with PS 8? If not, are you planning to update?thanks.
Hey, yes.
Includes templates for each one of the core emails … outofstock, voucher, credit slip, etc.. (about 25) or it is just one (selected from list) template for order_conf ?
Hello, yes. It includes all standard PrestaShop emails.
Hello i need to know if this module can customize also the email for “ps_emailerts”. Specifically i need to customize the email new_order.html
Hello, I sell email templates. This is not a module. Yes, it contains also the new_order.html email.
Hi, i am looking for new email templates for our new store which is made with prestashop.
Your templates coming out of the box or there is an editor?
I ask because the template in your examples are looking like the modern design from prestashot itself and just modified.
Glad to hear from you
Hello there,
These are standard email templates for PrestaShop. The pack includes 20 different styles (https://themes.email/).
They are HTML files adjusted for use in PrestaShop. The editor is integrated inside the PrestaShop. Please go to the email templates tab in your PS installation and you will see how it works.
BTW. I also offer custom development. Custom styles.
In demo I only see order_conf page. Where can I see the rest of the mail templates? Thanks
In the examples (https://themes.email/pet/index.html) is displayed only a single email / 20 styles. Thats all. The rest of emails is the same / only the content is differnet.
Hello, its easy to add in your email template item weight and ean13? Thanks.
Hello, what means easy? It will require customization. It can be done depending on your skills. Or you can pay for customization.
Hola buenas noches
English please.
Hi I had checked the demos, the product list are links, is it possible to display as the product images?
Hello there, unfortunately the product thumbnails are not supported in PrestaShop.
I uploaded the template files in all folder I could find, related to mail template. But nothing is working! They are NOT showing up. Are you sure it’s compatible with PS 1.7.6.9?
Hello there,
1. yes, I am sure. The Email Templates are compatible with PS 1.7.6.9
2. I uploaded the template files in all folder I could find —- You have to upload the template files into the correct folder – only (not everywhere)
How do I install email templates?
1. Unzip the file – PET.zip
2. Choose email template. – Lets say “avanti”
3. It cointains the folder called “en” – these are the email templates
4. Copy this folder here: \[root]\mails\en
5. Make sure to flush all caches: Advanced Parameters > Performance > Clear cache (top right corner)
TIP: Use your language Code: “en” is for English, “de” for German etc.
Hello,
emails templates doesn’t work in PS 1.6.1.24 I try to download your files from here “Codecanyon” but didn’t find the classes folder anymore. Seems that now i need to change every single email again with footer and header. Before i only needed to change 2 files ti change all emails headers and footers.
Anyway your current emails version will work in PS version 1.6.1.24??
Hello there, i see. It won’t work in PS 1.6. Please upgrade your PrestaShop for 1.7 and above.
Anyways. Your support period ended 3 years ago. Please renew your support period.
First i didn’t ask for your support so i think i don’t need to pay. and in your Software Version is still saying 1.6.x but files aren’t avaiable …. In this new version for PS1.7 we just need to change every single email html file, any person with html skills can do that. And we both know that moving an entire store from 1.6 to 1.7 gives a lot of work, i would rather change every email by my hands. Anyway thank you. Just consider changing your software version to: ONLY 1.7.x
Hello,
I have copy all the Zala theme en files folder in my root/mails/es folder.
When i go to the translations for body, i see correctly the theme, but when i do a new order for testing, i still receive the old email templates from prestashop and not the zala ones.
I send you some screenshots.
https://link.masqueunaweb.com/msr1JK https://link.masqueunaweb.com/SxcerOLet me know please,
Regards
Hello there,
I’ve noticed one thing. You’re using multiple languages (es, en, eu, etc. ).
The reason is not that you are trying to send an email from a different language configuration?
For example you set the email template for en language and you are trying to send an email from es language.
Hello,
Thank you for the fast reply.
Yes, we have multiples language but only spanish is activated on the store.
Anyway, the mails template are inside the “es” folder, and my test customer has the spanish address on it’s shipping address.
Let me know what can be the problem,
I have also clear cache multiple times.
Best regards!
Hello there,
it looks good.
But in any case I would recommend you to set an email template for every language (for each folder) separately in this case. Then make an order.
Maybe something is configured badly. Hard to say.
want to buy but I thought this also inserts product image in confirmation email
Hello, product thumbnails in the emails are not supported by prestashop.
Hello, we updated the files in our mail/english with the Dana files. When we go to edit the emails and click on Save and Stay or Save, the edit does not apply. It converts back to the original email without our edits. The files have the correct permissions. We are using Prestashop 1.7.6.5
Hello, please send me a screenshot of your ftp server.
Hello, we put the contents of the en folder from Jura in our root/mail/en folder. When we go back to Prestashop and translations to make the edits for the emails we have to choose modern, classic or core. When we choose core, we can edit the templates but when the emails are sent out, it is not the Jura templates that are being sent out. The directions seem straight forward but there must be a step that’s left out. We read the support thread and it seems to be a common issue but we haven’t seen anyone post a resolve for it.
OK, send me a screenshot of what is edited and then what is sent out.
Just thinking. Maybe you edit english email template and what is sent out is from different language.
We sent the screenshots
In the Email Theme settings: Select your default email theme is set to Classic, the only other option is Modern
OK, send me an access to your prestashop back office. I can’t’ say like this. I’ll check it.
We can not send access to our Backoffice, as we have 2 developers currently working to resolve a different issue. This should be simple enough to send us the instructions on how to enable the template that is currently installed and modified. You can also tell us what you need to check and we can send screenshots of that section.
Thank you
I really don’t know how is your prestashop configured.
Anyways, it seems your email templates are installed properly, but emails sent out are different. It means your prestashop is not set to use your new email templates.
1. set your prestashop to use core email templates. Maybe you are using theme which is using its own email templates. Or remove email templates from your prestashop theme.
2. try to transfer email templates directly into your prestashop theme.
instead of the location: \[root]\mails\[langCode]
try this: \[root]\YourPrestashopTheme\mails\[langCode]
Don’t forget. Flush the cache.
Where do we go to change the email theme to use the Core templates? If we go to Design-Email Themes – the only options under configuration for default email themes are Classic and Modern.
Under email themes on the very bottom, the only options are Classic and Modern
Generate emails -select your email theme – classic and modern Language – English (only option) Select the theme you want to overwrite – Core, classic and our theme Overwrite templates – yes or no and generate emails
We already put a copy of the edited templates In the root/ourtheme/mails/en folder and cleared the cache.

Classic and Modern – clear the cache and try both.
hello, does version 1.7.6 work?
Hello, yes. PS 1.7.6 is supported.
thanks, i will buy
I have problems with the installation. Can you tell me specifically which folder I should upload to mail:
https://ibb.co/ZYj0Qsv https://ibb.co/mcg1GcXFor first you have to choose a template. Let say Avanti… So in this case Email Templates/avanti/en – inside the “en” folder are the themplates
so copy the “en” folder from the package to mails folder on your server (next to es)
I want ZALE in Spanish, then specifically how I should copy it.
thanks for your help
https://ibb.co/FDRWJp2copy the file en in the zala folder to mails folder
so it will be like mails/en
But email templates are only in english language.
If you want translate emails into spanish language. Then rename en to es and translate email template into spanish language
It looks good like this: https://ibb.co/z51p5QF
no.
only the en folder
mails/en (no zala)
yes. But as I mentioned before. Email Templates are only in english language. So if your PrestaShop is configured to use english language. Then this is good. If you want use spanish translations, then rename the en folder to es and translate the HTML files.
that’s OK? https://ibb.co/ry8kqzJ
and here what would it be? https://ibb.co/2y4yyfT
yes. They will be located there. But please read the documentation. There it is explained. You can translate emails two ways. 1. directly edit HTML files. 2. in the admin panel (as is your screenshot)
Which one should I use here? https://ibb.co/svtxv90
i don’t speak spanish.
In prestashop 1.7.6, I can choose between 2 email themes. How do I choose yours? Thank you
if there are 2 email templates. Then choose my email template from the list.
The 2 templates are by default, your template does not appear. Are you sure it works for version 1.7.6?
I am sure it works for 1.7.6….. If the template is missing, it means it is not installed.
I told you…. if you are using spanish, it needs to be in es folder…. es means spanish
en is for english
es is for spanish
mails/en – english email templates
mails/es – spanish email templates
If you are using spanish, then PS search in the mails/es folder…. but if you copied templates into en folder…. it is missing.
it is logical
I am wondering if we update these templates if we need to go back and re-do all of our modifications like logo, text, etc.?
It is not necessary for you to update these templates. But if you do. Then yes, of course. It depends what you changed.
Hi, with your templates you can also automatically configure them to remove texts at the bottom like “Powered by Prestashop” etc.? Or should you always manually go to act in html files to customize the texts of predefined emails? Thank you
Hello, Where you see at the bottom “Powered by PrestaShop” ? There is nothing like this.
Sorry but in all the default Prestashop emails there is this wording at the bottom. I use Prestashop 1.6.1. If i purchase your module, i can handle the wording at the bottom? An example you can see in this photo, you will see at the bottom the words “Powered by prestashop”: https://medias3.prestastore.com/969656-pbig/minimalist-pro-email-templates.jpg
Even in the presentation image of your product you can read at the bottom “Venedor powered by Prestashop”! It seems to me rather unbelievable that you are not aware of it… Here is the image: https://camo.envatousercontent.com/3663dae996c989feb0686c4890905504d185e022/687474703a2f2f7065742e697679636f6d6d657263652e65752f73616c65732d707265766965772e6a7067
1. I dont sell default Prestashop email templates. So there is no such a word Powered by Prestashop 2. this is not a module. These are email templates. 3. Yeah, the presentation…. Stop old fashioned (your image) => Get fresh look for…
Yes, in fact I understand that you do not sell a module or default prestashop email; but you sell customizable email templates. And this interests me! I just want to know if your templates can replace the predefined templates of prestashop automatically (choosing one of your model), or i have to copy the relative html code in the emails to replace them. Basically understand how your templates interact functionally with prestashop, stop. Thanks
What means replace the predefined templates automatically? Please explain.
Basically. In prestashop is about 32 default email templates. What I sell is exactly these email templates. But in different styles. I offere 20 different styles.
Hi, that’s exactly what I need! But I just want to understand how to install your templates: do I have to replace the html code directly in the prestashop emails? Or replace email files on the server? Let me understand. The ideal would be if, in addition to the emails, there was a tool available that allows you to modify them automatically, without having to intervene manually. An example can be found here: https://addons.prestashop.com/demo/FO19472.html
sorry, i dont sell any magic tools which modify templates automatically. As I explainted. I sell email templates as you can find them in your prestashop installation. But in 20 different styles. Nothing more, nothing less.
ok thank you. don’t worry, i like your templates and your work, so i think i’ll also buy your product. regards!
OK, i am not worried. BTW. I tried this approach with email templates for Magento. (https://magento.wysiwyg.email/) but after all experiences I dont think it is a good approach to edit email templates. It is like a website builder. Everybody know what is it, how to “build” a website. But in real world everybody is using standard templates for Wordpress, Prestashop, Magento etc.
Hello, I have to update our shop before to launch next week to Prestashop 1.7.4.2. I bought your module before, when i had 1.7.3. Do i need to make any update? Thanks Jessica
no, it is not necessary in the case you don’t overwrite email templates.
I have an issue with prestashop email template.-> https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/321853-added-link-adminxxxxshop_url-in-emails-translations/ I wonder if this issue is fixed on you template. My prestashop version is 1.7.2
i dont follow you.
Hi, Does it work with Presta 1.7.3.4? Thanks.
Hello Gastromilaweb, yes, it is working with PrestaShop 1.7.3.4
