So, does this script rely on ip address or anything like that? I want to put it on a tablet at my business and have people spin when they are checking out at the cash register. Will each person get a different result or will it all be the same because we’re using the same ip?

To have user identiy and manage player as create player login info, spin times, or get client IP you need consider to buy full backend / frontend package.

With current package 16$ (frontend only) we can not caugh much player info.
However, if you are still want buy frondend only you can try option force send email via SMTP. Vistitor will need enter thier email to claim reward they win.

Sorry, one more question. With the Lucky Wheel full backend/frontend, can I still NOT track ip?
In the demo site go to spin result tracking. You will see IP of the visitor.

Okay. But will the IP result in any kind of similar results from one person to the next? I want to have people play the game on a tablet at my business, and don’t want everyone to get the same prize because it’s the same IP address.
The people never get the same prize for each spin because for each slice you can setup win rate percent. Just set it to 100% for each slice to make sure for each spin a result will random natural and never duplicated even they have the same IP.
Try to choose 36 slices or 12 slices mode.

If you want more information of player without using IP tracking you will need provide login method. I also have a generate wheel system support Login and Create Player by import excel via Admin

Hello, I just bought the script, but i seem to face some issues
1- I am trying to upload my “branding image/spin icon” but the generated file still uses the default one and doesn’t use the one I specify. Is there any special conditions on the image size or extension? I am using a small .png file
2- When I chose “yes” for show login form, I see a pop up on the screen that says “enter access key” and then it disappears quickly!!! What is this?
3- for send email config: What is meant by the fields “send”, “pass” and “receive” ? – I need to use my smtp server so I need a way to enter a server, username, and password. How do you do this?
4- Who will get an email? admin or user or both? and where can I see and modify the email text?
5- How do I stop the user from playing more than one time?
6- Finally if I want to use the option with the sliders. What is the best image size? and How can I change the slider timer – i.e make it faster or slower to change the slides.
7- Is it possible to make the slice data an image instead of text?

Firstly please upload the package and unzip it to your shared host or localhost and click “export button” as the quick start video to export the wheel.
In the FAQs and preview screenshot and folder Documentation can answer almost your questions (1 ~ 6).
5 How do I stop the user from playing more than one time? => you can try countdown option.
7 Is it possible to make the slice data an image instead of text? => pity that no, this wheel does not design for that. You can try add emotion icon code without warranty.
Could you please continue check FAQs and preview screenshot and folder Documentation and then email me if it’s still stuck you to manage the wheel.

You did not answer my questions: The package is already on my hosting server, and I know how to read documentation. Still I am facing the issues I already pointed out above:
1- It is NOT taking my branding image, and keeping the “skynet” image.
2- You did not explain what the “show login form” does? and why is it showing a field that disappears quickly and what is this for?
3- I want to use my own server to send emails NOT GMAIL, so your instructions in the FAQs about Gmail is not relevant to me. I need to enter email host, username, and password. Please explain where these should be entered because your fileds are not clear in the form.
4- You also did not reply to this: Who will get an email? admin or user or both? and where can I see and modify the email text?

=> Gafami: Could you please try to copy your image and rename it to “brand.png” into the folder “img/brand.png” inside the generated wheel folder.

=> Gafami: That function is for developer users who want to continue to build their own form by code. I do not support building custom forms. I just help generate the DOM section with id=”access-key”.

=> Gafami: The wheel just supports gmail SMTP.

Hiện package hiện tại không mã hoá HTML hay CSS nên bạn mua về thì có thể custom tiếp được.
Nếu muốn show form (email, password) trước khi spin thì enable option “Show Login Form” và chèn thêm field html cần vào DOM id=”access-key”. (Phải tự code thêm JS để validate các field mới)
Nếu muốn show form (email, password) sau khi khi spin thì enable option “Show reward popup” và chèn thêm field html cần vào DOM id=”daily-popup”. (Phải tự code thêm JS để validate các field mới)

Hi if I choose server side.. can I calculate the result via PHP and then transfer it to the spin mechanism?
If you choose server side full solution you have full source code edit able and can modify mechanism. However the current mechanism is good enough to cover many ad-hoc case on the real Production.
You also can journey in the package with free cost.
Or if you want to used this package 16$. You can decide the result of the spin by server side. Please take a look in FAQs section of product description.
However, you will need mapping reward index match with frontend.
I have an example Ajax call to set spin result return from server.

Then you can easy to change it to your own sound with the same file name.
The official version support spin sound will have in tonight (15 / 04).

I just purchased the item last week, and when I go into the admin panel to customize the game and export my options it comes out as blank. I get an index file, but the img, css, and js folders are empty with no assets. Can you assist me please.

The admin need install onto your shared host or your localhost (Need web server to host the admin if not the export button wil not work)
The client wheel after export (wheel.html) can work with none web server
