I had Arqam Lite installed on my website and everything was working well. It came as a bundle with the Jannah theme.
All of a sudden, one day, Facebook fans became 0. Can you tell me what happened here?

Facebook has shut down their API, the auto-counter has been replaced with a manual counter, update the plugin to the latest version, and ad the number of fans manually in the Arqam Lite settings page.

hi, If you make a simple php version (no wordpress) I will buy it in a second, your missing out on a good customer base just using wordpress or I can pay you to make a php version.
Sadly this indeed does not work with Twitch and or the instructions for Twitch are outdated as the links mentioned in the support document are no longer valid. And nothing happens when you enter in your client ID and client secret and click submit, the only thing happens is your looped back to your WordPress admin sign in page. So giving this app 1 star if I can’t find/figure out a workaround
I have yet to receive a response as to why this isn’t working with Twitch, I’m using Version 2.6.3 and followed the directions verbatim yet it just loops back to the Twitch app info, no matter how many times I enter in the client ID and client secret. I think I need to investigate getting a refund for a faulty info/support and product

Pre sales question: Can I add different counters (every one showing different networks) on a page? Background: I have to build a page that lists multiple persons. Every person is active on some social networks (some have Insta or Facebook, some only FB or an other network).

Since Wordpress 5.5, the settings page does not look properly formatted and I got an error in the classic editor saying that ‘tie_arqam_mce_button could not be added’

Hi TieLabs, great- thanks for letting me know. Also just a heads up, it looks like the Facebook counter is also no longer updating.. perhaps you can look at that for the next update too?
Can you add support for wowonder social networks? I have a license for wowonder and all wowonder sites have their own api that you could create a tracker option for. Wowonder is sold here on codecanyon and if you search the comments for v2 api docs it will show up for you. Would be nice to have the option.
You could let the wordpress admin choose the icon to use for the tracker badge and the colors to match the wowonder sites colors etc.
