- You need to click on an option on the POS end to sync the offline orders.

I sent two emails requesting support last Wednesday (5 days ago), I purchased the POS and the barcode plugins, I am having difficulty with a few items. One thing is that when I click on Visit POS, after logging in, it goes to a blank page. I also had asked prior to purchase if everything from Woocommerce translated; we had a Skype call about it, the person I spoke to said it did translate, however, the variations, quantities and SKU’s are NOT translated at all. It looks like we have to re-enter all of this. I would really appreciate hearing back from someone. I have already sent to emails to support@webkul.com, so please don’t ask me to do that. After seeing the demo I would like to extend it to add more fonctionalities i’ve seen that you include javascript code with the plugin, is that mean the source code of the react app or just the build (wich will not help much if we want to add more fonctionalities )

Pre Sales Questions: How I want to integrate with hardware such as scanner and drawers? is it plug and play or need others software?
Hi there,
Yes you can integrate the hardware. But POS connects only to the Printer, and barcode reader, whereas it doesn’t connect directly with the cash drawer and card swapping machine.
A cash drawer can be connected to your POS printer to open after printing the sales receipt. A cash drawer machine needs to be connected to your printer via RJ11/RJ12 or some other port/connection.

Pre-sales query: Can the POS Agent add a product which is not in the Woocommerce invesntory on the go? I mean if there is a new product in the store which is not added to the WC inventory, can he add it to the bill while billing?

You need to firstly change your selected currency from POS end under settings>>other settings>>select currency. Now select your desired currency, save it.
Now as you place the order the receipt will be with a new currency as desired.
