love the app however im having a small issue with codes, specifically with redeemable. When someone tries to purchase a package and they type in the redeemable code, it errors out ( Error: This discount code is invalid..)
Coupon Codes work, with no issues however I want to give out coupons where they are free accounts therefore the coupon codes don’t work for this.
Im curious to know if they are supposed to be redeemable a certain way?

Redeemable codes are not supposed to go in the Discount codes field as they are completely different things.
A redeemable code can be inserted in the Account plan page and, since they are “redeemable”, there is no payment involved.

For the colors, you’d need to edit the CSS in the themes/altum/assets/css folder or you can overwrite the CSS rules by setting custom css from the admin panel, website settings, custom css tab.

Hi,
I have purchased the extended license and have already installed the script on DigitalOcean. However I only realized that I have not installed phpmyadmin and only did that AFTER the script installation. So when I tried to access phpmyadmin, it shows Biolink website link of a 404 Page. How do I set exclusion from the script to exclide /phpmyadmin from 404 error so I could access the phpmyadmin panel page?

If you’ve installed phpmyadmin correctly, my script will not override that. Make sure to have phpmyadmin installed properly and your server restarted afterward as I’ve also done this previously and it 100% works.

3. This is something that you’d have to do yourself, as customization support is not provided. You can easily do this by editing the themes/altum/views/link-path/partials/biolink_link.php file.

Hi. Im wondering how can I make this an affiliate site? I want just to track registrations thru a certain user page. For example if /useraffiliate sends me someone to register thru a special link like /register?=useraffiliate (or something like that I dont know how to code haha) to be able to know if the new register used that link and thats it, so by the end of the month I can check which registrations come from which link and that way I can give the affiliates prices or benefits. I dont want a full affiliate site or anything, just a link tracking of some sorts. Thanks

Yes, this can be done as you specified it, with an extra field in the ‘users’ table, tracking the actual affiliate that brought the user and listing it in the admin panel.
This is pretty straight forward to do, so you should not have any problem finding a developer to help you achieve this properly.

Hello, I’m having trouble with installing. It says database connection has failed. I’m using digitalocean. For the host I put “db-mysql-nyc1-68717-do-user-7679662-0.a.db.ondigitalocean.com” and for the name I just put the name I used to name the database. Is that incorrect?
