I have an active integration method Web-to-Lead or Web-to-Case

Before I send to Production, I want to test , and I have received the OID of the test environment, but in Salesforce I don’t receive the leads. If I put the production OID all works, but we need to test a few things before goes in production.

I know that in integration method with API there is that option (I don`t have for now the credential s), but in Web-to-Lead or Web-to-Case the is not. Can you help me this?

How do we map radio buttons on the form to checkbox in Salesforce? All the other custom fields are working with the exception of Radio buttons. The values are not being populated when it is imported in Salesforce.

We successfully added multiple forms that are properly working.

However we wanted to add a few extra forms today and now we don’t see the fields in the integration. When we click filter, the module dropdown says ‘select a module’.

This worked without problems yesterday.

We haven’t changed the settings.

Any idea what’s wrong?
