I just released one update with some bugfixes yesterday, so, for now, there are no plans for any near future update. there is a delay in returning the OK or NO OK response after updating the image. implying that everything is fine right after clicking the UPDATE button.

There is a big delay because that is how long it takes for your server to process the big image you sent and for your pc to upload it to the server.

I intend to make free for users to create biolinks for our domain example mydomain.com/ABC and mydomain.com/XYZ and paid users to be able to add their own custom CNAME or A redirect as in custdomain.com etc.
In your documentation it states that you would be unable to assist for custom domains as it depends on our server. We are using Digital Ocean and Namecheap.
1) Would there be any instructions once i purchase to guide me through the process of setting up this in the backend and what to do with my servers or domain registrar if I would like to enable the above?
2) Is there any other costs that we would need to be aware of in terms of SSL and others explained in the documentation? I understand wildcard SSL needs to be purchased but could i use LetsEncrypt in the application setup?
3) Would this process be automated (where user just has to know how to redirect their domain CNAME or A to our domain name) with nothing else for us to do at the backend?
4) Basically I would like to know whether there are further setting up documentations that exists pertaining to user defined custom domains setup once I purchase the Extended License?

I just checked and I do not have any email from your side, only the previous comment (which I have answered).
1. Besides what is written in the documentation, no.
2. Yes, you could use Letsencrypt to generate free SSL’s for custom domains, but you have to keep in mind that for each custom domain that you get on your side, you’d have to connect that to your server (apache or nginx) and generate an SSL.
3. As far as I know, the process can be automated, but would require someone who knows how to do that on the server side, as this is directly related to the server
4. There is no extra documentation besides the one that is publicly available

I know how to enable letsencrypt manually but i do not know the process of your code. When the user lets say enter their custom domain of their wish if the frontend, how would it connect to the backend to inform that SSL would need to be setup for that domain that the user input?
Do you provide a service to prepare for this when I am using DigitalOcean Ubuntu server if i provide you with a temporary login? It would be a fresh server. I dont mind if you charge because the software code is written by you?

You would need to connect to the server via the terminal and use the commands that you can find in the DigitalOcean community tutorials to emit SSL certs.
I only provide installation services and also, I can setup extra custom domains for you for free, but only the extra custom domains setup, I do not provide such service.

Hi, was asking a couple of things but hopefully you see this ASAP
I uploaded the upgrade as instructed, modified the database and all seem good. The packages and info is intact. Although there are areas in admin where there is no text at all. I changed it to englsih (because I have it in spanish) but its the same. In the area where you have the on/off buttons theres no text at all on the info for each feature (no ads, deep links, socials, etc). Also in the qr button for each user the text “qr code” doesnt show and when clicked the qr doesnt appear. Hope you can help me since I have a delivery tomorrow for 50 accounts (I made a contract with an auto dealer) and dont want something to go wrong there since they can give some social proof from start thanks

1. Areas with no text – means that you didnt update the english.json file or your other language that you use to the latest format. You can check the demo https://phpbiolinks.com/demo/admin/package-update/free to see that everything shows with the latest version.
2. Please try and update to php 7.2 or above
3. Extra from my side if you want to take it into acount: When dealing with deadlines, if you promise someone something and the deadline is very near, there is no reason for starting to upgrade something or changing something in the software if you are not sure that you can handle it before that deadline.

The only problem I have experienced is that all the features in the admin panel (the ones you turn on and off like no ads, deep links, colored links, etc) arent showing at all I just see the buttons to turn them on and off and no text at all

I checked the source code on my website and yours on that specific page and the problem is that all the labels are deleted somehow

1. You, as the admin, can add extra custom domains for your users to use or, your users can add their own custom domains. This gives the ability to you, if you have a “domain.com”, to attach “domain2.com” as well so that you can create pages on “domain.com/page” and “domain2.com/other-page”.

This is not an issue, it is how its supposed to work.
If one person is paying for a specific plan, that person will have the same plan settings even after you change them.
If you want to still override all your users plan settings after you update them, use the “Update Package Subscribers” button in the Package Edit page, as that is what you need exactly.
