I extended our support license, and tried to login to the Support Center. I had o reset the password – but I never received the email to do that. I’ve tried multiple times. We need support ASAP. I can’t load a table we’ve already configured for editing. The drop down that says “Choose shortcode id” keeps loading. I’ve already disabled all plugins to try to identify a plugin conflict, but nothing changes.

I’m having the same issue that @mauricemccaffrey, @gierso, and @vegasphotog all have where I can’t edit anything on my table. It’s not the site’s fault, it’s something wrong with the plugin. I also tried accessing support in read only mode and it still tells me I don’t have access to view. Please fix. This is preventing me from launching an entire website because I can’t make one final adjustment to their table and I’m getting very frustrated.
You need to login first on the forum, then you will be able to view it in read only mode. If you need to create new topic, please renew your support period.

I edited my site about 5 months ago and everything worked fine. Now when I try to edit a table and I select it from the dropdown table nothing happens. I even deactivated all my plugins except this one and it still doesn’t work. I even tried updating the plugin to the latest version and still nothing,,,
When dropdown is selected and I scroll down to edit it I just see the dummy table content. Even if I hit Preview nothing happens.

Plugin is no longer operational. Not my fault, the plugins fault. So, then I guess I am force to renew my support for your plugin. I went to your support page but I cannot post. That sort of customer support is so petty. I have uploaded the most recent version and I cannot save any settings at all. I would rather purchase someone else’s plugin now that works instead of getting baited to renew some support plan.

Something bugs. In pricing cycle option Button URL is not workable. On change price , URL should be change that is defined in option.

No need for support, it doesn’t work anymore from latest update with latest versione of WP and php 7.0 and higher. Thank you

That’s correct. I’m an Envato Elements customer which is where I got your plugin. That’s why I’m asking the community to copy and paste the answer as the Elements membership doesn’t give me access to your forum so I can’t even see the answer.

If updating from an older version to 11.2 since Wordpress 5.5 appears to have broken the backend of this plugin, is there a way to migrate all custom tables? I don’t see any migrate instructions.

There is no auto-update function in Wordpress for your plugin. Please link me to documentation on how to update this plugin while not losing my old tables. I do not see instructions on how to update from Version 10.8 to version 11.2. Since there is no auto-update function in Wordpress, it looks like I’ll have to uninstall this plugin and then install the new one, which I am certain would cause me to lose all of my pricing tables. So in this case, please provide information regarding how to migrate the tables so no information is lost. (I am a licensed user, and I prefer not to set up a new account on a third-party site just to be linked to documentation on migrating tables during an update.)

Hi, Is it possible to have a price switcher for Month and year that alters the prices and also a slider that does the same for number of users. So if they wanted to pay yearly for 5 users it would show £10, monthly with 5 users £7.50. then yearly for 10 users it would show £5 and monthly with 10 users £2.50 etc The Switch and the slider would be both shown in the top left corner above the comparison points

not creating another account with you for support, why are links under pricing grid always pointing to ”#” and will not point to correct url?
You need to set your own url, by default there might be # set which mean that link has no action until you will set the url.
I realize and have changed the link. the code for the last box is LEARN MORE but it only shows a ”#” in the url for learn more link

Im sure Im not the only one to post this but if you are going to make an overwhelmingly extensive options panel, you should put just as much time and effort into your instructions/guide. the very basic “how to” included with the download is really not all that helpful and does not explain options. Its almost too much to look at for the first time. Please update your usage guide! I cant even find a simple answer to questions like “whats the difference between table 1 or table 2”, you only write “choose table kind from 2 available” Im not sure I have 4 hours to try and make my first price list when I can choose from 20 other plugins that arent as fancy but can be implemented in 2 minutes or less.
also, you added 10,000 options yet decided that a color picker wasn’t important and we have to edit that in the css? Not sure I understand the reasoning behind that.
why would you add 10000 options and yet choose to leave out a color picker? You have to edit each section by hand via css? that makes it an even longer project, if I want to change the header background colors I have to manually do each one separately in css code and to make it even more painful, uou used -webkit-gradient so I cant just click on it in my browsers inspector and use the color picker there,
I like the final result of what you offer, but in all seriousness, who wants to spend 5 hours making a price table? Its beyond ridiculous. sorry, I think I have wasted 2 hours and $20.
I cant even make color changes by adding the inline css in your custom css field because you added !important to everything in your css file! wow what a huge waste of a day.

like others have said, your use of header tags is really bad for SEO, an H1 is for titles of subject matter for search engines to grab, when I tried to strip out the H tags and classes in the text fields, I lost all usage of your font size section. The majority of people having problems and conflicts with their themes is because you used header tags and the themes probably already have control over those. – Strip out all use of H tags in your content, remove all !important from your CSS code (that made it impossible to customize), allow for row wide css or font styling and add color pickers for backgrounds and fonts.
Thank you for your comments. We will reorganize header tags with future updates. The !important properties has been added after multiple client requests because of conflicts with themes. Unfortunately many themes are overwriting pricing table css code and breaking its layout, so we need to set higher priority for our styles (more complex css selector unfortunately doesn’t work when some theme is styling content basing on id selectors with #).
