I need a refund. I can’t get your plugin to size properly. It’s large and runs off each side of my screen. Tried everything. I will delete your product. Please grant the refund. I greatly appreciate your assistance and cooperation in this matter.

You could ask for help at 1st. Me an Envato reviewers checked all items before sales. No error on my item. So, I can’t refund.

I’m having a problem with the timer not showing after making an update to the shortcode. The website is ruffnexconstruction.com. It should show at the top in the center, but it’s not there. Here is the shortcode:

[fliptimer date=”2020/08/13 00:00:00” dayTextNumber=”auto” bgColor=”#ffffff” digitColor=”#000000” textColor=”#ffffff” past=”true” dayText=”” hourText=”” minuteText=”” secondText=”“]

When I put it on a page it works fine, but in the widget it is now not working. It was earlier today.

I saw that you included the timer into header navigation area. You should add it into another place. Because, there’s not enough height there.

But it did show up 2 days ago, and then all of a sudden was gone.

You should place it into a height value occured wrapper.

Hi there,

I have just downloaded the FlipTimer Word Press plugin and my download folder only seems to have folders related to the coding of the plugin. I can’t work out how to get the counter plugin installed on my WordPress site.

Can you please advise me on how to get the plugin installed successfully onto my WordPress site?

Many thanks for your time, Kayleigh

No. It counts day, hour, minute and second.

Thank you. Do you know of any alternative wordpress plug ins that could count up to a specified number not a date?

Hello I purchased your flip timer. I need it to countdown to a certain date and time and I also need to center it and make it smaller. How do I do that?

You just need to select date. You should add center codes to its container.

It doesn’t give me an option for the time. It ask me the date but I want it to countdown to Sunday at 3pm so is there a way to add the time and not just the date? And I tried to add code to center but that didn’t work. Do you know what code that should be?

“Date” field gets date & time.

You should center the container by yourself. If it’s bootstrap, you can add “text-center” class name.

where do I place the shortcode for this to work on my web page

Can I add the time so it counts down to a date and time? And can I center it and make it smaller?

Can I add the time to it countsdown to a specific date and time? How do I do that? How do I center it and make it smaller?

You can view all options in WP panel. You should center its container via your theme style.

Hello, if I use your shortcode in my wordpress page. Everything just returns in white. What can I do?

It loads by WP codes. It’s not my plugin related code.

i know. That is own implemented jquery code which I need on my website. But your plugin related code doesnt work if that’s active. Have you any idea how I can solve that?

jQuery 2.1 is older than 1.12. So, some functions can’t work as desired.

Hello,

I’m using and like your Fliptimer Plugin for Wordpress !

However, I would like to know if it would be possible for the timer to detect the visitor’s timezone and adapt?

That would be great, thank you advance !

Open Plugins / Plugin Editor. Select “FlipTimer”. Then, open fliptimer_front.php.

Replace following code:
timeZone:<?php echo $options["timezone"]; ?>,
With:
timeZone:(new Date().getTimezoneOffset() / -60),

Hello,

I bought your countdown timer. Unfortunately I have a problem. The countdown does not correspond to the set date. For example, if I set the date 2020/12/25 00:00:00 (christmas), the result is 47 days (it really should be 248 days). I have updated wordpress recently. My theme is up to date. My plugins are updated. Please, do you have any suggestions for me?

Nop. I’ll be happy if you rate my plugin.

Of course, I’m happy to do it! If I need more help for details I will contact you. Thank you very much and good work.

Ok. Thanks!

Hi, I would like to buy “FlipTimer – jQuery Countdown Timer WordPress Plugin”. I have a question for you. Is it possible to change the font? I really hope for your answer. Thank you Ivan

The font is taken by your theme. But, you can edit it by the plugin CSS, too.

Hi,

We purchase the FlipTimer Plugin two days ago and when we installed it on the Wordpress website we are building, we noticed a few problems.

We are using the Uncode template and we noticed visual problems when we installed the plugin: we see in the frontend a black square and the numbers of the countdown are moved to the upper side of the square.

On the other hand, we noticed style changes of the backend of Wordpress, and we understand that it is not normal: the grey config squares are now orange.

We have screenshots of the problems we can send you, if needed.

Is there any solutions to these bugs or it isa config problem we need to solve? Maybe it is a compatibility problem with the Uncode template? If there is no solution, can we ask for a refund?

Thank you for your help.

Remove “font-size:15px” from style.css line 838 and style-custom.css line 504.

I think, you add them after plugin CSS files and which effects plugin font size style.

Hi,

We still have some uses with the plugin.

Firstly, we found jquery.fliptimer.js file but there is no 310 line because it is codified, so web can’t replace any code.

Then, we tried to with the updated plugin that you send but the problem is still the same.

Secondly, as we use a Child Theme the style.css file is empty and we don’t want to change de father theme in order to avoid problems with templates updates. So, we can’t remove the 838 line of style.css file.

Finally, we can’t find the style-custom.css line 504 file.

Can you give us a solution. Thank you.

I wrote you styles effecting my plugin CSS.

You can try to load them before the plugin CSS loaded.

Hello. How are you? I need a custom count format to insert on my website.

1- Model: I need to create 1 counting template for all customers. All models look like this: “00.0000000000” See the exact example of what I need: https://youtu.be/ks48f2IEo6o

2- Speed and Control I need to have control over the counting speed of all clients, have control over the counting speed of groups of clients

and have control over the counting speed of each client individually.

A- For example in all customers: Increase or decrease the total counting speed by 10%.

B- For example in customer groups: Increase or decrease the counting speed of the “Y” group of customers by 3%.

C- For example for each individual customer: Increase or decrease the speed of the client “X” by 8%.

You got it?

3- Start and End Date. I need to set the end date for the count. For example: On December 1, the count should be “10.0000000000”

4- Include or Remove numbers in the count. For example, if I need to increase a customer’s count from 00.0000500000 to 00.0001000000 I can do that. But only I, as an administrator, can have this control.

Hi My customer previously had a problem with the FlipTimer WordPress plugin display in IE11. You mentioned that it could be fixed by replacing some styles by custom CSS names. We are now using the FlipTimer again. My license has expired. If I purchase the latest version, will it display properly in IE11 without any changes? Thanks Steve

Can you please be more specific as I cannot see how to PM you from the CodeCanyon website.

You can email me from my profile: https://themeforest.net/user/athenastudio

Please, write your request in the mail content again.

I mailed you custom CSS to fix issue on your site. It works properly at IE11 in my demo site. But, in a complex site, it can be some differences.

Hi Team,

What should I do to make the CounterUp work from Nov 1 2019,

I ticked the past option in General section but still not working, Does the time option beside date in General to do with it? or is there any Sequence to be followed?

Regards,

You need to set “Yes” the “Past” option.

Thanks for your reply but I have already done that and it is not working! is there any steps that I have to follow?

Regards,

I just tested it again with 1st November 2019 date and Past-Yes option. It works properly:

[fliptimer date="2019/11/01 00:00:00" past="true"]

You can open Developer Tools of your browser to check whether another script creating an issue.

Is it possible to add header title somehow?

No. It’s only a Flip timer. You can add title to your site easily by WP.

Hello,

how to change the size? I want to use it small.

It resizes according to the container size. So, you just need to change the wrapper size.

I understand, thank you.

Hi there. Unfortunately I’m not able to open a URL when the timer finishes. I tried OpenURL(‘url’,’_self’) – no luck. Can you please provide any information on how to do that? Thank you.

There’s not function OpenUrl in JS as I know!

You can use the following JS code:
document.location.href = "http://example.com";

Finally! Thank you so much for the instant reply!

Ok. I’ll be happy if you can rate my item from Downloads.

Does this plugin work with multisite?

I didn’t try it so. But, you just need to copy shortcodes. So, there is no a restriction.
