impossible de changer la taille des chiffres… j’abandonne ce plugin

Please, buy it at 1st and write English!

j’ai téléchargé la version offerte par le site et j’écris comme je le souhaite ! ... Google fera la traduction.

English please!

Hi there.

Is there a way to change the width of the timer? I am using the DIVI theme, and the timer is 100% width overlapping anything on the page with no paddings at all.

The default theme width is 1200px but the timer gores beyond that.

Can you send me a test url to check?

Do you have a support forum where I can privatly submit tickets?

No. But, you can send me a PM from my profile page.

I am looking into adding a timer in the banner on my website. What we are trying to accomplish is creating a sense of urgency “XX:XX:XX remaining for same day shipping”- but after the timer counts down and reaches 00:00:00 indicating time is up – we would like the timer to disappear until midnight when it will start another count down to our shipping cut off time. Is this setting possible or will it have to remain at 00:00:00 until midnight?

You can reset the timer daily. But, you need to add your own JS codes for timer finish option.

what’s the current version of this plugin? trying to figure out if im up to date. thx

I will add log feature soon.

No success in getting it to work with any of the default options. No dev console error thrown either. Waste of money thus far – unfortunately.

My plugin works properly as you can see: https://prnt.sc/o9pt3p

Your site generates other script/plugin error: “TypeError: f.fitText is not a function”.

Thanks so much for your help. With your assistance it now works perfectly. Much appreciated!

Ok. I will be happy if you can rate my plugin.

Hello,

We implemented the flip timer in the banner section – see https://li48.graphicdesigncompany.co.za/.

The code used is included below. Basically, the timer/clock has to reset every 48 hours, and should only include hours and minutes. Currently it shows days and hours (from what I can see). It also needs to auto reset; as you’ll see we set the “autoReset” to “true”, but it doesn’t seem to work. [fliptimer date=”2019/06/07 00:00:00” timeZone=”+2” dayTextNumber=”Number” showDay=”false” showSecond=”false” dayText=”” secondText=”” bgColor=”#E6B400” textColor=”#ffffff” borderRadius=”0” boxShadow=”false” autoReset=”true” resetInterval=”172800”]

Please assist us in this regard.

Thank you and regards

Yes. PM me.

Kindly provide me with your email address.

Hi there

We are having an issue with the plugin on our site.

The plugin works great for every month apart from September. For some reason when the date is september the month isn’t counted. For every other month it works perfectly. Please can you help

It works properly. You just need to set “Day Text Number” as 3 instead of 2.

That’s sorted it. Thanks for your help

Ok. I’ll be happy if you can rate my item.

Urgent response required – please see previous message

No need for a response – problem solved

I have just purchased FlipTimer and seem to have a big issue. My event is 153 days away. It seems this countdown cannot show 3 flip boxes for days (000, 00, 00, 00) and only shows two (00, 00, 00, 00). Is there a way to fix this or issue a refund?

Don’t worry – I found the solution. It was right in front of my eyes!

RE: Style Problem In IE 11 on Windows 10 PC. The timer works fine in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, but has problems in IE11. See the test page:

https://healthy-kids.com.au/test-flip-timer/ What CSS changes can I make to fix this please?

I think I lodged this query in the jQuery Comments section previously, but I have purchased the WordPress plugin version.

Regards Steve

You need to replace following styles by custom CSS names:

#content .fliptimer ul li
.blog-details ul li, .page-def ul li

They conflicts with Flip Timer list item styles.

Does this support years on the count up? I see it has days but I need one with years.

There is not year option.

Hi, the flip timer does not appear when I use shortcode in our post. How to fix the issue?

Can you send me an email where I can send the test url?

You can send me a PM from my profile page.

I checked that you entered text onFinish gınction field. You need to write a JS code there.

Hi, We bought the FlipTimer plugin for Wordpress. We love the plugin and the ease of use. But there seems to be a conflict with our theme. This effects icons in the back-end. Could you help us figure out a solution for this problem. Thanks

Can you describe the issue in detailed please with a demo url if available?

The frontend is found here: https://nordichairawards.com/ We are running Wordpress 5.1 – and are using Uplift Theme from http://www.swiftideas.com/ – and the conflict is in the backend. With the page builder in this theme. We are missing all icons in the backend in the swift page builder and therefore it’s hard to edit and navigate. When we deactivate FlipTimer we get the icons back.

I need to check it via wp-admin. Please, send me your login info as PM from my profile.

Hello, on my site the Countdown is not correct. 15. May 2019 and he said 9 day…..?? What can i do?

Can you write a demo url? Or, check the site html code if the time is correct.

Hey, guys

I want to create a countdown time of exactly 24 hours that starts every time a user loads the page.

Can you help me get this done?

Thanks!

There is no a countdown repeat feature automatically.

Hello, my client is not happy with this plugin as it shows different times on different devices. Usually about an hour apart. Can this be fixed? I have screenshots to prove it if you’d like to see via email.

It gets the time via the device time.

Hello. I just purchased this item and am confused on configuration (or maybe it doesn’t have a feature I assumed it did). I want to set a countdown timer that starts counting down at a certain number of hours based on when an individual first visits the page. Example – Person 1 visits my page today and they see a countdown clock starting at 12 hours to go. Person 2 visits tomorrow and they also see a clock that starts counting down at 12 hours. Is this feature part of this plugin and if so, how do I configure that behavior? Thanks.

I can help you better, if you send me PHP code of new visitor checking as PM.

Thanks for the response. I’ll continue this with you via email…

Just purchased and its looking very odd. please see http://mindshare101.com/mindshare-learning/

Found out my issue was a CSS error. Thanks!

I’ll fix it on my item, too. If there’s list-style on your site, it shows dots.

Hi, I just purchased your plugin and I can’t get it to display on my website. I have tried placing the shortcode in multiple places on the website and it will not display?

It’s ok I’ve managed to fix it by deleting it and adding it again. Thank you for your help!

Its parameters added as JS. I can’t see random codes.

Hi there – The shortcode I’m using seems to be properly configured, but the countdown number of days is showing up incorrectly. Please assist.

http://www.craigduswalt.com/RockStarMarketingBootCamp/

Shortcode: [fliptimer date=”2019/04/04 00:00:00” timeZone=”-7”]

Please, write “auto” to the “Day Text Number” field. It shows 67 days instead of 167 days as a result of 2 numbers shown as days.

Hooray! Thank you, it’s fixed now!
