hi, looks like you have very good school system, i’m looking for this for one of my client and asked her to check your demo, but first thing she asked me for list of all students is not their. is that possible in your demo if yes then plz guide me how to check that. thanks

Dear author please in every school or institution students and parents can pay more than their invoice. But in your system parents and students are allowed to pay only the total amount of that particular invoice.
So for example if a student invoice is like Tuition Fee $100 Transport Fee $50 Total $150
Now if a parent want to pay $250 so that remaining $100 will be a carry forward or credited to his account in the next academic term. But your system does allow that.
No school in the world will say if a parent is paying more than the invoice amount they won’t accept that payment.
How can the school records students who over pay their invoice? Where is that recorded in your system?
This is very very important to every institution or school so please try and work on this in you upcoming update. Thanks
Some students or parents pay more than one academic term. In such cases how to you record the extra amount paid on the system for both parties to be able to trace and credited on the next invoice automatically? This is a every important module you should consider adding as soon as possible. Thanks
I think Global Payment should have option to capture student who have paid more than their invoice total. And their should be an account for each student to record this payments more over parents and students must be able to load funds into their wallet and later use that funds for feature invoice payment.
This is a very important issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. Because currently we can keep track of students who have paid more than one term or over paid their invoice.

1: Would there be any facility to add Razorpay, PayTM as payment gateway? 2: Does this system have custom webhooks or API system so that we can extend the functionality via Zapier? 3: Does the system have Push Notification to mobile app if I buy the mobile app also? such as fee reminders and custom messages such as introduction of a new course etc? 4: Can we disable modules? I don’t require hostel, library, transportation etc so can we disable this in the admin panel?
5: Can we use two SMS gateway simultaneously? Example: MSG91 for SMS and Twilio for sending WhatsApp notifications?
6: I am looking forward to buy this for my institute and we don’t have class systems like 1st standard, 2nd standard etc. So can we make it like courses and batches? I can make minor edits in PHP, CSS, HTML etc so is this possible and would you guide me if I purchase the script?

your system in demo is different from what we download, in your demo a teacher can view any student in any class and do other things in other classes. but if we download it gives limits to a teacher to a class and not mult class teacher as in demo.

How do you monitor your stocks or products to see the available quantity or to see the total sold items?
I think I’m the inventory one must be able to see the total products they have, the total sold products, and when an item is been sold it must deduct from the total products and leave the available quantity.
