Hello there,
I’m interested to buy this plugin but i want to know if it possible?
I want to use badge instead of text for verified owner but could it be when somebody mouse-over on badge then will appear an info box which we can text any info like “this customer bought this product on this website” etc. This is for desktop. And if customer view on mobile devices it should be visible badge and text together.
Any chance with this plugin? Or after purchase could you please improve that as above?

Hi, when using the short codes the plugin works well but the pages (with pagination enabled from WP Comment settings) are not shown and if the number of comments are larger than the limit per page it only shows 1 comment (the last one). If I try to use the shortcode option instead, pages number appear and pages work correctly, but the link in the product excert (at the top of my product page) does not scrolls to the comments and the other hand, as no form to add comments appears, if I try to set the short code to add a form, the whole page content of the product page goes missing loading an empty page.
Also, is there a way to add the text link ‘Previous’ or ‘Next’ before or instead the page numbers? And to set a righty margin for the page numbers? when I add a right margin via css the space between numbers gets also larger. I see the option to the place of page numbers right or left via code but I don’t see how to set that option without using the short codes.

Hi, do you know how to add new AliExpress reviews to the current existing reviews? Any way to update the reviews? Because I noticed that the plugin duplicates the reviews if we request reviews again for same product, thanks.

One more thing, we supposed your reminder emails were sent out follow schedule which was set up before turning off review reminder emails. You can see https://prnt.sc/sqka1o. If you want to stop this, please go to Dashboard> Orders> choose the all orders you do not want to send email> Bulk Action> Cancel Review Reminder> Apply.

In the free woocommerce version, I don’t see the star ratings on the Elementor form widget. Is there a bug?

That’s the normal form widget, not review form. Review form widget is only available with the premium version.

Hi, may I ask please if the plugin adds real customer names automatically when imported from AliExpress? Because AliExpress has names with stars.
Hi Muwakaba, The names for Reviews imported from AliExpress will be formed automatically as Z, H, M** but you can edit those reviews manually to creat a real name, the plugin has options for that . By the way, You can import level of ratings you want automatically, Example: you choose to import reviews which has 4 and 5 stars, then the Plugin will only import 4 and 5-star reviews from Aliexpress and exclude the lower rating reviews. Custom css in plugin settings only run on single product page. If you want to add custom css for shortcode, please add it to additional css in theme customizer or add to your shortcode: custom_css=’your_custom_css’

Hello, I just bought your plugin! Is there an option to send onlu once the request for review email to an customer. I have customers that buy once a month, i don’t want to ask them every order again. Hope this is possible to add.

Thank you for your purchase. To answer your questions:
First question, this plugin does not have that option but you can exclude emails of those customers in plugin settings/Review reminder.
Second question, our plugin sends reminder email by order. If your customers buy multiple products in one order, only 1 email will be sent.

Hi, Is it possible to add that function “Only send once to an customer” for a small fee. I think otherwise it’s useless, I don’t want to spam my lovely customers. It are to much customers to add them manual.
Do the plugin only send to people that has an account, or all orders?
To what product in the order, the review is connected? Because the customer review a product. Is it just an random product from the order or the first..

The plugin sends to all orders as long as your orders have email.
All products in an order are included in reminder email. To understand this, please click button Preview email. You can find that button in plugin settings/Review reminder -> email content. So you can see that option “Only send once to an customer” does not have much meaning if your customers buy different products. E.g: order #1 your customer purchased products A, B -> send reminder; order #2 your customer purchased product C, D -> not send reminder. If that’s ok with you, i will add that function for free.

Sorry it’s still not clear for me.
- You say all products in order are included in email, so the customer see a form where he can upload multiple photos and give multiple start and multiple comments?
- I need the option “only send once to an customer mail” because if the customer buy again, also of it is an other product, I don’t want to send them the reminder mail. Because it is an negative experience when it is an customer that order a lot.
- I don’t understand what you can add for free. Product A, B send reminder and C, D don’t send reminder. What if he buy A, B again.
- Another solution is to only send to customer till he gave an review on a product. So don’t send the email if he allready reviewed an product in past.
It doesn’t need to be free, I want to pay you for it. Just let me know if you can add what I want.

Sorry if i did not explain it clearly.
First you should see the preview email or create a test order with more than 1 product to understand what i meant to say.
With the current version, our plugin will not send reminder for a product if your customer already reviewed that product. So i think no need to add that function any more, right?
Regarding the option “only send once to an customer mail”, i mean that our plugin only sends reminder email for the very first order of every customer.

No probleme, I will create an test order with more then 1 product. I only test is with one product.
It’s perfect that it doest repeat when allready did review.
That is perfect, only once per customer in lifetime.
