Hi there, if you use free gateway, it will be some random numbers. It will not contain our branding anywhere. The plugin is totally whitelabeled.

How does this relate to our internal communications!! Or do you think we should just go back and forth between people who check comments section and who take care of email tickets and then try to figure out which comment belongs to which ticket and then reply the solution here just because the customer does not want to check back their own email. Your ticket has 4+ email exchanges within 12 hours of your ticket creation whereas our generic response time mentioned here is 1day, I am not sure what do I make of this.

For some reason, the plugin began to require registration. Although before that it worked perfectly.

I sent a letter to technical support, but there is no answer yet.

I am not sure what are you expecting, you just created a ticket 11 minutes back and just after 3 minutes you commented that you have not received any answer.

What is needed from my side? Does the number need to be approved for WhatsApp business and once it is what do you need and how would it work?
