I have sent your support ticket. They sent me solution and that won’t work. So I have sent with screenshot in the same mail chain. But support is saying they did not receive the screenshot!!
Then convery this message to them, and if they say they have not received, why would they lie. You can ask for proof if you want, but you will have to reply to them as only email team can take care of this.
They have contacted me asking with wp-admin details. I have provided them.
There is no point of commenting every step, email team is different, they’ll take care of it. Commenting every step of yours will not make any difference.

You have to learn to deal with your internal issues and when you reply to the Customer, a solution should be provided.
When did we deny to provide any support?? I think you should learn to be patient, I checked your details and found that you just created your ticket today and the first email you sent us was having incorrect login details so there was no way for us to check it, you just replied back to that same ticket 2 hours back with the details. All our email tickets are served on first come first serve basis, if you wanted this issue to get solved at earliest you should have checked the details you sent us in the first email itself, if they are correct or not. Secondly check our support page, this is mentioned there https://i.vgy.me/SurUHt.jpg and still you were replied within 4-5 hours of your ticket creation.

There is no need to read any stories, just search for solution in the correct place. As mentioned before technical support is provided via email and I can see that your ticket is already replied and we are waiting for your update. So rather than finding for solution in comments section, check your email.

How does this relate to our internal communications!! Or do you think we should just go back and forth between people who check comments section and who take care of email tickets and then try to figure out which comment belongs to which ticket and then reply the solution here just because the customer does not want to check back their own email. Your ticket has 4+ email exchanges within 12 hours of your ticket creation whereas our generic response time mentioned here is 1day, I am not sure what do I make of this.

I am not sure what are you expecting, you just created a ticket 11 minutes back and just after 3 minutes you commented that you have not received any answer.

How would the WhatsApp OTP work?
What is needed from my side? Does the number need to be approved for WhatsApp business and once it is what do you need and how would it work?
WhatsApp would be a much better option than sms.
WhatsApp has two options available for sending messages on their platform legally:
1. WhatsApp Business API This method is fully automated and requires a gateway, the cheapest one available out there is Twilio https://twilio.com/whatsapp and WhatsApp itself charges for this service. Problem with Twilio we need a chat platform to send and receive messages if we use a WhatsApp partner, Twilio doesnt offer this. Seems like develpers use them to integrate with their API.
It would be better to use a partner that has other widgets than just an API to offer?
WhatsApp only allows automation using WhatsApp Business API and everything other than that automation is against their terms. But on android you can automate almost everything there are apps available to achieve such things, so you can make use of that and you are the one responsible for it.
