So for the 3rd time now Facebook has blocked my domain using this system, https://eddynote.com/presskit/ and https://smpk.app is the other. It 100% accepts accented characters. You just have to make sure to use a proper editing tool that saves you the encoding properly (try vscode when editing).

The Idea is to translate the personal pages of users. Because there are many multilingual Instagram accounts. And of course people wants to make their personal page in different languages.

No, you can’t skip the in-between update. You must make sure to run all the SQL queries from one update to another (if any sql queries are mentioned) and then simply use the latest files to override everything (except the files which are mentioned in the how to update) and you’ll get to the latest version!

Keep in mind that your support for the product is expired and you would need to at least extend the support first of all.
