Hello,

If i try to upload files on mobile phone, the phone (android) ask for permission fro microphone. This is not good, i think i lose the customers because this.

Do you have any idea?

In this test page the same problem. I tested it with samsung and chrome browser.

If you see a message like “Allow Samsung internet to take pictures and record video” or “Allow Samsung internet to record audio” these are the security messages from the browser. They have nothing to do with the plugin, at all. I’m not sure how else to explain it really.

If one previously gave permission they won’t see any message at all. If they didn’t then the phone will ask every time. This has nothing to do with the plugin or the site. It is the internal security system of your phone. Would you prefer your phone to access your personal data on the browser without your permission instead?

I dont know, how this the customers see. But ok.

No custom code needed for that. You just right the content and set the setting to display as a tooltip.

Good afternoon

I need to sell more products at a discount, for example, if you buy 2 of the same product you get 5% discount, if you buy 3 you get 10%. However, if the person buys 2 products he can select the flavor of these 2 products, then he would enable the flavor of each of these 2 products. If it is 3 products, it enables the person to select the flavors of these 3 products and so on.

Can I do this with this plugin?

You need a discount plugin for that. This isn’t a discount plugin. Even with a discount plugin though the part about the flavors isn’t really possible.

I think i could create 3 variations with difference prices, so i ll have 1 variation to sell 1 product with full price, another variation with 12pack with 5% discount, and 48 pack with 10% discount.

So each variation i can create a flavor variation with conditional tags.

I can not do that?

The plugin can only help you to create addons to the product, not discounts.

is there a way to change the weight of a product depending on the selection of the user?

There is a beta addon for that to enable adding to the product weight for select boxes, radio buttons and checkboxes.

Are there any front end and back end demo at the same time so that I can see how to confugure the examples of yours to understand it more?

I played the plugin around but still confused in many aspects. For example, if I just want to allow the customer to input a number and then there will be extra 0.3usd for each number he increase, e.g., if he inputs 10, then he needs to pay 3usd extra. So, should I use a range picker (but I don’t want to show the range bar) or a text area? And how do I set the price to change accordingly? – I set the price as “{this.value}*0.1” but nothing happen to the price in the front end when I change the number. http://prntscr.com/sngeth

Hallo, I just set extra option to product as Checkbox (tested also with Radio buttons) with option “Set to fee” and math formula (price*qty). It’s work perfectly on product page but when I update qty in Cart the Fee doesn’t update anymore, only if I remove the product form cart. Have I change settings or can you fixed this issue?

The fee is calculated while you add to the product to the cart. After that it cannot be affected by the product anymore since WooCommerce attaches fees to the order, not the product. This means that the formula for fee can only work until the product is added to the cart.

I sell product A, Product B and Product C. what I would like to do is offer product B and C as an additional option when Product A is selected. Using you image swatch option this can be accomplished however since product B and C are in my inventory every time someone selects the option Product B or Product C I want the inventory reduced. can I use your plug in for this?

You cannot use normal option fields for something like that. The plugin has a specific product element that can be used to select a single product.

Probably “store logic” would be a better term. If a customer picks one item, we need to display particular items as related options to the first item.

Then it depends on what you mean by items. If you mean addon options created by this plugin then yes, there is a conditional logic feature. If you mean something else I would have to say no, since this plugin is only used to create addons to the product.

i have a problem displaying the product options after buying an item. The product options are no longer visible in the order/invoice. Click on the order to see which options have been selected. there is a possibility that these options remain fixed to the product itself. It seems that the options are only available during the ordering process. No options are visible after transfer via REST API to the billing program.

Is there a possibility that max-min values prevent calculation if the threshold is exceeded? Max, min works without any problems but if the threshold is exceeded the calculation will continue. A warning will only appear if you try to continue with the calculation. It would be nice to prevent this.

Hi, I put conditional logic to hide dropdown fields based on radio button options but all the hidden dropdown fields are still showing values in the cart/order. Is there a way to disable hidden fields so they do not show values in cart/order?

Please just open a support to take a proper look. Making assumptions is always a bad idea! When I told you that you must have a conflict this doesn’t have anything to do with the logic or how you setup the options.

If you want to troubleshoot this yourself then disable ALL plugin except WooCommerce and Extra Product Options and activate a default WooCommerce theme. See if you have the issue. Normally you shouldn’t. If you do, then you must open the ticket.

alright. Also, is it possible to automatically erase value or change to default when field is hidden back again? as customers sometimes change radio button options

No, is isn’t.

We offer yard letters, and using a plugin (as a crutch for the moment) that requires shoppers to enter the text they want — however, there’s no way to count the letters they enter. Customers must add the corresponding number of letters to the cart manually. This, as you can imagine, ain’t working. They’ll punch in 20 letters in the field, and only add the min. 4 letters to the cart. We need something that count the letters they enter in the field, then add that to the cart.

Can your plugin do this?

I’m sorry no, there isn’t a specific function to add to the cart the number of letter entered.

No, there isn’t anything like that I’m afraid.

I’m not sure if this is an issue from the last update but my listings created from duplicate now redirect to the original listing when clicked on from the category pages. Everything looks normal in the back end (even preview changes from the back end) it’s only when you click on the listings does it redirect to a different listing.

Hello, We’re having a little trouble figuring out our settings. When we add the product element to a product, on the single product page we see the main item’s price under all of the product swatches vs their individual prices. Is there a way to have them display their item price (vs the main product’s price)? Or at least hide those prices?  Thanks in advance!
