I’ll try again here. Support ticket for me is 504 gateway timeout. That is why I am writing here again and I very much hope that you can still help me.
On YouTube, the subscribers are still shown to me as 0.
I would like to protect and restrict the API key. (See: “Website Restrictions – Limit key usage requests to the specified websites. If this value is left blank, the API key will accept requests from any website and this can be very expensive.”)
But no matter what I enter. The console shows me 100% errors. Which URL do I have to enter in the Search Console so that Agram can read out the number of subscribers? This is important! I just want a little more security so that the key cannot be misused by everyone.

I do not want support, but that the display of YouTube subscribers works, even if I want to limit the application restrictions. I can not pay for a single question again for 1 year of support if it does not work with restrictions and it is not in the tutorial / documentation. Google actually requires that access to security should be restricted so that access cannot be used everywhere, which could meanwhile also cost money. I can’t get your plugin set so that I can restrict access because that’s not the subject of the documentation. If it’s a question of functionality and security, it doesn’t count under support, does it?

I noticed there is an option to “Set the Cache time to reduce load time and API calls”. Does this apply to all networks, including Twitter and YouTube? Can I set it to auto-refresh the like/follower numbers only once every 24 hours?

Instagram has shut down their API a few months ago, and since then we keep using different unofficial methods to get the number of followers and they keep block these methods one after one. we will try to find a new method to get the followers number automatically and if we didn’t find we will remove the counter from the plugin or provide an option to set the number manually.

I’d like to restrict the Google API, for example to prevent contingency theft. With Google you can make key restrictions. I have selected HTTP referral URLs (websites) and selected * .mydomain.com / *. But since then, the API does not seem to work anymore. Can you tell me which folders or which file to type in to make Arqam work again?
YouTube Counter still does not work. One should restrict also the URL with the YouTube API. I even tried “Your-Blog-URL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=arqam&service=arq-youtube”. But it does not work. Please have a look and tell me which URL I have to enter as website restrictions.
Arqam lite has an issue with instagram, it doesn’t show the followers count, it shows (0 Followers) knowing that it was working before. (purchased and supported user)
