Yes your screenshots are correct. For each instructor, they have to create separate zoom meeting for every live classes.
We recommend you to download the zoom app into your smartphone and make some test meetings to understand zoom workflow. That will be easier for you to use our application and addons.

Instructor can start a live class from his zoom mobile app. But students need to login to their web portal to join the live class. This is the process.

Api will be needed once for the site admin. For individual instructors, they will need the meeting id and password separate for their each meeting as well as live class. If you have further query, send us a ticket.

It has no video recording feature by default. But you can use 3rd party screen recorder software to record the live class and make it lesson. If you face any problem regarding live class setup, we will assist you.

Start your meeting in zoom app just before the scheduled time While course students tries joining in the live class, you need to approve their requests After your approval, you will see all your students in your live streaming video class
Instructor can create live class in his course settings. Admin needs to put the api key in live class settings.
