The plugin changes all of my photos in the gallery and in the modul to a vertical format. How can I make it keep the horizontal format that I originally uploaded?
Nevermind. I discovered it was pulling previously uploaded photos. All good now.

1. Does it work w/ Themify? I’m assuming yes but want to confirm before purchasing. 2. We want to create a team listing for each department. Some people (primarily management) need to be listed in multiple departments. Is it possible to create a “Management” team that shows up on the management page, and pulls members flagged as management, then separate teams for each department that will display team members for that department, including the manager?

Is there a way to have a link from another page go to the Heroes page and have a specific persons details open automatically?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible with current version.
Will consider this for future release. However, at the moment, I can’t promise you anything.
Hi, I’m thinking about buying this plugin but I would like to know first if I can add related products from my woocomerce shop in the biography of the team members. Also, the ”+ info” part, is it always a pop up or could it open in a new window?

- Yes. There is an external link option that allows you to open link instead of trigger the popup.

Having some trouble getting the order I’m looking for on the Team. Since names were given to me First Name first and they want it alpha by LAST NAME, I went in and assigned order numbers on the main team list and set the SHORT CODE to be META VALUE or META VALUE NUM and it somehow gets the alphabetical by last name right except I had the CEO numbered 1 and she’s now in regular alpha by last name.
Should I be using a different sort by option?

Probably won’t work – but I can’t really say anything, since I never tested it before.
Is there a way to force the images to be a fixed width AND height? Also… is there supposed to be a preview of my shortcode choices?
The plugin doesn’t modify the size of the images you uploaded.
Whatever image size uploaded, the plugin will display as-it. So, if you want to force image to a fixed width and height, you’ll need to resize your image directly.
As for preview of shortcode, no – there is no preview for shortcodes.
Nice plugin but 1) Is there carousel mode ? 2) In grid mode its very slow when using fillters, in other similar plugins grid is rearranged very fast, in your plugin I seee “loading” for few seconds – why is that ? 3) Is it WPML compatible ?

2. This filter is different from the other similar plugins.
Other plugins use jquery (probably isotope script) to do the filter. This method only do filter on the items that already loaded – meaning that you must load all the items before you can do filter on them. It works fine if you’ve 10 items, but when you have 100+ items, it’ll cause the page to load very slow.
Whereas, my plugin’s filter loads directly from the backend (hence the few seconds delay) – meaning that the filtering is done on database level, which means you don’t have to load everything on the page first before do any filtering. This filtering system is much more capable for handling large size of team members without affecting the initial page load.

You can use attribute to customize the sorting. If you go to each member’s settings page, you would notice that there is a “Post Attributes” option on the right widget. You can enter the number there to rearrange the order.
Remember to change the value of sort by to attribute in the shortcode.

Hi, I like the look of the plugin but I have a couple of questions:
1) When viewing your demos and applying a filter, the screen scrolls up and hides the menu, can this be turned off?
2) Each demo show different styles of filter buttons, can I decide on the style of buttons myself?
3) Is it possible to set the order of the filter options manually or by sorting etc.?
4) Can the pagination option be configured and/or turned off?

Thanks for the reply. The answer to question 1 is disappointing, so I have a couple of questions to follow up, as it looks like it scrolls t the top of the showcase element.
Is there a way to avoid this issue of the scroll for question 1? e.g. what is the screen scrolling up to (title, op of the section, etc.)? If there were no sections/content above the team showcase, would the scroll still happen?

Modals don’t work as they should. Left you a message via zendesk. Slide left and slide right modals don’t display content, just a semi-transparent overlay. Popup modal displays content correctly.

Hi, I have a question. Is there any documentation to change support thumbnail image size from 150px to a custom size? Changing thumbnail media settings doesn’t help after regenerating. it stills 150px.

- It’s an excerpt field – but you can control how much text you want to displayed. Just like the regular post, there is an excerpt box where you can insert your excerpt contents
2. What size photo is recommended?
- For modal popup, it’s recommended to use landscape ratio image. As for the recommended size, It’s best to have at least 500px width (height doesn’t matter).

- Yes. You can.
