Mailchimp has not been connected since the first day. Today, I had to manually import all the contacts again. After entering the API key, I can see all the lists created in Mailchimp and select them, but the data is not being transferred to Mailchimp
I found a few issues with Mailchimp :
1. I created a second list, but even after selecting the second option and refreshing page, it still defaults to the first list.
2. The dropdown values are not coming correctly, so I created a new list without spaces and used the name “From A” to keep it as the default option. Now it works correctly.

Hello, I’m very interested in this plugin. However, my concern is that it looks like there is not much styling customisation available. The colours of pop-up and coupons would clash badly with my website. Would I be able to recolour/upload the gift box and coupon images?

I’ve run into a rather major glitch. When the pop-up is active my site’s entire footer disappears. I, unfortunately, spotted this too late and have already started promoting the offer, so I’m unable to disable the plugin – but I do rather urgently need my site’s footer back.

Does it integrate with Dokan like your other products?
And can you use another mailing list service/ program to integrate with subscription? Such as Sendgrid or a built-in mailing list wp plugin like Mailster?

There is no special integration with Dokan for this “First Purchase” plugin. I do not think there should be an issue though. The only major thing this plugin in relation to WooCommerce is create WooCommerce coupons – this would work fine in a multivendor marketplace site as well. Or do you have any particular concern?
I’m sorry, currently only MailChimp is supported through an integration with the MailChimp API. More APIs would have to be added to make it work with Sendgrid/Mailster or another solution.

Everything seems correct and I see that it did retrieve your lists…It’s possible that some curl functions the plugin uses for the API are not enabled / allowed on your server / hosting. If you try to use double optin, is that working?

As far as I know, code licensing falls under GPL, but imagery and other creative materials are intellectual property/ protected under copyright. If you purchase the product this is explained in the Licensing folder provided by Envato.
can i add more fields like Name, Mobile ? and where do you store the subscribed users ?
Hi, sorry my previous comment was incorrect and about a different product.
For this plugin, adding more fields such as name/ mobile is not possible. The popups are as you see them on the demo website.
Subscribed users are stored in the backend in a CSV file, along with information such as user IP, Cookies, and the number of times they played.
Hi, I want to upgrade but right now there is an issue. The popup loads on everypage even if completed, you open new page and it opens again! How can I set to only open once per visit?

Can you please tell me when you purchased and what version you are using? Did you upgrade from the previous version to the newer one? A bit of context would help.

When building this plugin, we considered whether to tie the coupon to Registration or to simply send it to emails. We decided to send it to emails for 2 reasons:
1) Shops using guest checkout / fast checkout are very popular today and customers want to do everything as fast as possible
2) If a shop does require registration, sending the user a coupon via email means they will be forced to register an account to user their discount / complete their purchase
So if your shop requires user registration, this plugin will work well. The coupon is TIED to the email address, so it cannot be used by another email address/account with another email address. The user will be forced to register to use the discount.
If your shop allows both user registration AND guest checkout, then I’m afraid no, this plugin cannot force the user to register.

Plugin looks awesome! Pre-purchase question, when a custom enters their email address and subscribes. Is it possible to generate the coupon code right on the popup rather than send it to their email. Or perhaps do both, show the coupon on the popup And send to their email.

The plugin doesn’t currently have that option in its settings. However it’s easy to do and I can set it up for you. If you purchase the plugin I can set it up for you the way you described within 24 hours.
Check out the demo for our other plugin, Wp Roulette Wheel, it works exactly the way you mentioned. I can set it up in the same way for this plugin.

The text in the layouts is fully customizable through settings (See screenshot: https://s3.envato.com/files/281501827/screenshots/screenshot8.png). The Text and Logo in the Email is customizable as well via settings.
If you need any other minor change, I can have it done for you, though nothing very significant.

You can choose between the two options in Settings: either generate a unique code, or choose a pre-existing one from your list

1. The plugin has an option to block people who already purchased from your store. If a user already used another coupon or made any purchase from your store in the past, you can choose to block him. By “block” I mean the plugin will not give him a new coupon.
2. If the plugin gives a user a coupon, you can detect him by email, ip and cookie and NOT give him a coupon again

The plugin does not block existing coupons. The plugin only decides to give, or not give a user a first purchase coupon.

Here’s what I can do for you:
1. If you buy this plugin, I can change it for you like this at no extra cost: When the user is given a coupon (not when the coupon is used), all other coupons registered to their email are deleted.
2. If you need something like this: a user has 3 first purchase coupons and when he uses 1, 2 or 3, the other 2 are deleted. That would need some custom development.
