One install is free for regular license buyer yes you can use google ads with regular license as well
But the problem with you is that you are not ready to share demo app for all native and messenger App. I don’t know why? Please send me url of any installed messenger on play store. Just send me as direct message if you think it will not attract new customers here, it costs you nothing to share the link of any installed messenger and native timeline App to me through direct message.

I actually figured out what’s the problem. It’s in the android package signing. Whenever I tried to create my own keystore it doesn’t accept. The result is Deployment failed.
