Also it looks like you are uploading the wrong zip file. You need to upload the zip file that is named wp-fsqm-exporter.zip. It can be downloaded from codecanyon under Downloads > Installable WordPress file only. Also if you unzip the main file that you’ve already downloaded, then you can find the installable zip file under plugin directory.

Hello, Is this going to be compatible with Wordpress 5.3? I get an error now that we are on this version and PHP 7.3.13. I would like to know if there will be an update at least, prior to renewing any support if the update is in the works and does not work after released. I can disable the warnings however I would not want to miss anything important. I’ve never seen these errors before but if they require further troubleshooting, I can sign in on the forum. Just not sure why all of a sudden this would pop-up.

Great! Sounds good. My last question is, this plugin hasn’t been updated since early last year. Will there be any further developments on it? One of the scripts you guys use (MPDF) to organize content into an export needed updating as well (It’s currently on 7.x and MPDF included in export is on 6.11). The major issue I had was consistency with font size etc and I know it is not having to do with any theme or custom CSS. I just want to know if there will be any updates. Thanks again for your time.

Your understanding is correct. You do not need to pay for annual support package. This issue happens due to server side error. Please enable WP-Debugging and check PHP server error log while performing the action. It will help for identifying the issue.
