Hi,I need apply taxes based on user roles. Can i do this with this plugin?. Thanks!
Hi, WooCommerce B2B is based on default WooCommerce standards, where customer is the only role attributed to users who purchase, for which this type of functionality is not provided. If you use other types of plugins that create additional roles, it is necessary that you carry out custom functions for the management of your particular scenario.

Is this compatible with woocomerce 4.0 and WP 5.4?
Yes, it is compatible with WooCommerce 4 and WordPress 5.4
Hello, Could you please tell me how to set the minimum order quantity for category? then I don’t have to set the products one by one
Hi panchuanhong, WooCommerce B2B minimum order quantity works by product, not by category. You need to set minimum quantity in product, but you can bulk update by using WooCommerce default import/export tools by a CSV file.
Hi , is possible to display the minimum quantity setting in the vendor ’s store? I am using WCFM Marketplace?
Hi, WooCommerce B2B already evidences minimum quantity product setting, please take a look to: http://woocommerce-b2b.com/support/wp-content/screenshots/minquantity.png
Hello. Can a seller of ours (different user) request or process an order on behalf of a third party?
Hi prevencos, I’m sorry, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature
Hi I have a question, I saw your plugin can do “Hide prices for not logged in customers” , but can you set “Hide prices for user from group A, show price for user from group B”, because i need to let everyone can register to user, but only show price to different group user
is the plugin compatible with Wordpress multisite setup?
Hi microminerals, yes, it is compatible with multisite
So I can enable the plugin for only one or two stores and not for the others?
Yes, as for all WordPress plugins, you can decide on which stores in your network enable the plugin
Hi, i am interested in your plugin and i have some presales questions: 1. it is possibile to add some custom fields in the registration form to allow people to register in two types of group. As “Private” and “Business” ? 2. Can i have different fields based on user type during registration ? 3. Also in the checkout when user click on “create account” your plugin ask for the user group type ?
Many thanks
Hi LeadsApps, 1) You can add custom fields in registration form by code, using WooCommerce default hooks and WooCommerce B2B hooks 2) No, you need to add this kind of feature, by using previous link informations 3) No, customer group can be decided only by shop manager, not by customer himself, to preserve dedicated prices mechanism
I suggest you to take a look to live demo: https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/
to have a test drive of WooCommerce B2B features and better understand how it works and how it can be useful to your project. Best regards
Hi, is it possible to apply “Product prices by group” and “Products discount by customer group” features for the variable products using your plugin?
Hi again,
I’ve seen your last update
Is this update compatible with WooCommerce 4.0. and has new improvements about “Cart Min purchase amount” for Groups?
Hi acme71, WooCommerce B2B v2.1.4 is fully compatible and tested also with new WooCommerce 4. Min purchase amount is now by groups… Best regards
Hi again, I can’t see an automatic update from your plugin… What I have to do to install it and don’t loose my language translations? Thanks!
HI! We have the problem that customers do not enter their VAT id without the country code. The country code belongs to the VAT id. Even if it is currently not required for verification. In the order the VAT id is without the country code, this is not correct.
Hi KatAx2, I consider this suggestion for Woocommerce B2B future releases, thanks for collaboration. Best regards
Thank you for your collaboration! Now the functionality of the vat validation is perfectly!
You’re welcome!
that was fast. thanx. I tried it on the demo but it didn’t work. Left the ATU part out, just the number… maybe because it’s the demo?
Hi Opmaxandi, I double checked on demo and all seems to work fine. As said, VIES validation works with VIES API (a third part service), can you please provide your VAT to allow us to replicate your test?
Thanx again for the instant reply, when support is fast as this, product must be good enough. I will go ahead and buy anyway. I won’t post my VAT here, but I can email it if you give me the address.
HEy, no nmeed to test anymore. I made a mistake… For anayone interessted in the topic: Go to demo site and skip login. on frontend go to my account and register Vat number: leave out the first characters (so with Austrian VAT number ATU12345678, only leave out ‘AT’ (Keep the U) and all should work fine.
Hi Opmaxandi, I’m glad you resolved! And thank you very much for working with your detailed explanation! Best regards
Presale Question: I need a user registration that automatically checks the VAT number, before giving access. Not a 100% sure if this plugin does exactly that. I am a bit confused after reading one of the comments above, about VAT number not working as planned. This is a vital feature for me. Just tried to register on the demo store with my (valid) VAT n° and VIES check said it was not valid… Maybe it’s not activated on demo store. Not sure. Thanks for any help possible.
Hi Opmaxandi, WooCommerce B2B provide VIES validation feature, that works with API provided by VIES. Right now, it requires a VAT number without country code, it use country choosed in country field to check. Try without country prefix
Hi I want to know if B2B supports “Customized” price for a Customer, idea is 1-I will make a customer group as “GUEST-B2B” , 2-They will not see the Price tags, 3-They will just order with Quantities, 4-then we will Give Sale Price for each item. 5- and then Customer will get an invoice with our given price.
Second Question If there is some way that we can mark B2B order as PAID, as we are selling products on 14-Days Credit. 1. we will receive an order 2. we will ship order with inovice to our customers 3. Customers are supposed to send payment within next 14 days 4. and if they send, Can we mark order as “PAID” 5. and if not then, Can we mark somehow this Order???
Hi digitalappex, aboit your first question, WooCommerce B2B allow you to create groups and assign customers to a group in your WP-ADMIN. For each product, you can assign a dedicated price accordig to customer group. When customer navigate your shop, he will see dedicated price according to his goup (if logged in and assigned to a group), else default price. Also, you can decide to hide prices to all not logged in customers. About second question, you could manage this by customizing order statuses as you prefer
Hi! I just bought the plugin. When a customer is creating his profile on the website, does a Group can be assigned by default? Is it a way to do it, without to make it manually each time there’s a new one?
Hi! Thank you, it works. I imagine I have to re-create this line in user.php for each wordpress update?
No, it is not necessary, WordPress updates do not modify the data contained in the database
Hmmm… I have Avada, and there’s a lot of updates too…
Thanks! It works beautifully!
Great! I’m very glad you resolved!
Hi there,
I’d like to buy your plugin but I have to be sure that your plugin can do this:
1. Is it translated to spanish language? 2. I need that your plugin allows to create different packs only accesible and visible in our website by B2B users and obviously with lower prices that non B2B users. Is that possible with your plugin?
I hope for your feedback. Thanks!
Hi acme71, how are you? I hope fine!
WooCommerce B2B doesn’t provide Spanish language, but it is translation ready with all WordPress internationalization rules. You can translate it by proper software as Poedit (free), for example. In plugin included documentation you will find step to step guide to do it, it’s very simple and quite the same of other WordPress plugins.
I’m not sure to understood your second request. With WooCommerce B2B you can create groups and assign customers to a group. Then, you can: - assign a percentage discount to group: all logged in customers with a group, will see product prices discounted by group percentage - assign dedicated prices to products: in each product edit page, you will see additional price fields for each created group; all logged in customers with a group, will see dedicated price
Furthermore, you can manage product categories visibility by group: in each product category, you can decide which group can see the category.
Hope these informations can resolve your doubts, however I suggest you to take a look to live demo:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/where you can simulate your desired scenario and better understand how WooCommerce B2B works and how it can be useful to your project.
If you need some other informations or you have some other doubts, don’t hesitate to contact me again.
Best regards
Hi again,
I’d like to create a new category called “packs” but with the products assigned only visible for the users in B2B group. Is it possible to do this with your plugin? ...Or do you offer support to do this?
I wait for your feedback. Thanks!
Hi acme71, with WooCommerce B2B you can manage product category visibility by group
Hi again,
I’ve purchased and configured your plugin on my site but I have some new questions:
1. On the register form I want to show the VAT number and Phone number for all the users but make this fields not required. How to do that?
2. I’ve created a group called B2B and applied this group only to a category called “Packs”. But this category is visible on the SHOP for all the other users (even if they are not in the B2B group). What’s wrong with this?
I hope for your help. Thanks!
Hi, i’ve a presale question: Is it possible to define a minimum purchase threshold per user group? for example: retailers have free shipping if they reach € 100; customers get free shipping if they reach € 200. Thank you!
Hi e26, I’m sorry but WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature
Hi There,
i bought the Plugin and i am in general happy with it but the VAT Number check is not working with the Country Letters at the beginning, like ATU1234567. Unfortunately it is not only common to write it that way, it is necessary and my customers won’t try to type it without. Therefor i need to refund the plugin, because it is not usable for my business customers.
Best Regards
Hi veg4, it’s enough to customize placeholder field to advise your customer on how to fill it. However, please make a support request on https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com and our team will be pleased to help you
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately that is not enough. It is not only uncommon to write it that way nor is it at any other similar b2b site. Just to tell them, to write it differently will not help to cover the unprofessional look it has if it is not working with the country code. VAT Numbers are defined as Letters and Digit at least in our Region (DACH) and therefor it is nessacery. If the Plugin can’t ensure that i need to find a different one, therefor i ask for a refund – i will gladly tell the support stuff at woocommerce-b2b.com the same. The function to check VAT numbers is not working without a workaround since a complete VAT number has the Letters infront of the Digits.
Hi veg4, thanks fir your explanation. WooCommerce B2B doesn’t ignore letters from VAT, but simply take country code by customer country billing address field. I understand that each store could have custom rules, but WooCommerce B2B try to collect most common. However, our team will be pleasure to resolve your problem.
Hi, does your product support any plugin that enables quantity discounts per customer group? Maybe you have your own such plugin?
Hi gintaras2014, right now WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature. Unfortunately, we haven’t any information about compatibility or incompatibility with quantity discount plugins, I’m sorry
