1- when i try to upload file into ticket it sends the text message without uploading the pic it loads automatically once i touch the upload buttons

2- i need to add extra fields to the registration form + the ticket form how can i add them ?

I checked your demo and i didn’t get any issue for uploading image, you can check the content of latest ticket i created.

Make sure you don’t have any problem with your browser also try it in your mobile browser or another browser.

As we described you can use the script to add topics to your clients and your clients can contact to you using ticket system. The script is similar to your needs.

No it’s not supported piping feature, You can reply to the tickets with admin panel.

I mainly want to use it as a ticket system and don’t need the FAQ, can I get rid of it? Can I add questions to the ticket system? How hard to add?

Under the index page, when you click on one of the Frequently Asked Questions, you are taking to the topic page.

At the bottom of each topic, there it the What do you think?, Comments, etc.

Which file do we need to edit to remove all that nonsense because for me, its not needed. I dont need ratings nor comments.

Also, under the comments,

Marwa El-Manawy and ALSO ON MARWA EL-MANAWY

Those show up. There is NOTHING in the settings to turn all this off or edit what does or doesn’t show, so I rather remove it all.

Also, clicking on a Department or a Frequently Asked Question should only be accessible when a user is logged in.

There should also be a way to disable registration and allow the admin to add a user if needed.

1- After the topic description in topic page details there is no rating just comments and react only, If you didn’t need the comments just don’t fill disqus username in website settings at admin panel.

2- After comments there is “Marwa El-Manawy and ALSO ON MARWA EL-MANAWY ” that’s appear because you added my disqus username.

3- Any visitor otherwise registered or not can show all the pages in website excepting the topic you can choose who can the the details of topic “public, private, registered users” that’s the aim of our product if you need any customization just contact support with your requirements.

4- The same for registration the aim of the product is contact with your customers using ticket system how can they reach you if they haven’t account and how can you get their details! take care contact us form not official way.

For needing support just contact them directly in contact support email to get fast response.

I will answer my own question and help others since you dont know what I am referring to. To solve the issue with 1, 2 and 3, just open

styles > site > default > topic.php

You don’t have the latest version, in last version you don’t need to add your disqus username from here just add it in admin panel setting section.

Halo, i want to ask why the email notification when user or admin had reply on the ticket very slow? I reply on a user’s ticket on 9 o clock but he complain that he not received the email notification on time. He check his junk mail or spam mail already, not inside there. The internet no problem.

Delay for getting emails related to your hosting if you are using webmail, You need to contact to your hosting provider to get the right answer.

Can use the gmail SMTP on email setting?
