Hi, it’s a nice plugin ! I’d like to use it for composite products but also for other products that have a part of the price which is a deposit warranty, not taxable, I want to show in the single product page. Can I add 1 choice only that is not a choice but just an associated mandatory cost. I want it selected by default, just 1 item. Is it possible ? can I set up the taxes for this additional item to be without Taxes ? All the extra fees plugin make it only in the cart page, I want this in the single product page.

Our plugin is using the default price functionality of the woocommerce if the default price is included taxes then the product price is calculated based on that or if excluded tax then also calculated based on that. and about the choice do you want to attach a single product if yes? then yes you can attach this because the composite product has an option to make the composite product by the combination of products or product.

So I can make my “warranty deposit” a product without fees and add it as a solo choice already selected and not removable to my main product. That’s what you say? I need to see if I can hide the “warranty product” from the global shop then…

for exemple, I have a product and I need to add 50$ as a fee (warranty deposit), but I want to show this in the product single page not in the cart only. It’s important to make it separated for accounting and invoice for the client so I can’t include this in the price of the product directly. Don’t mistake because of the name “warranty deposit”, it’s not a deposit, it’s in the cost of my product because it’s a sale only for limited in time, like a rental, the client will send back the product, that’s a warranty included in the sale.

Unfortunately cannot provide access to the backend demo of the plugin due to security reasons.
According to CodeCanyon refund policy, refund is only possible when there is a bug in the plugin which has not been solved.
Also Author should be given a chance to resolve the issue if the issue is not resolved then refund is possible.

Unfortunately this is not possible in current plugin as our plugin gives discount based on components, for example a component has 3 products so if you select any one of it then discount will be provided based on that component.
MAIN PRODUCT may have one component or many. One component may have one product or many.
Your case might be possible through customization using bundle product plugin not composite product.

Hello we are considering buying this for a customer but we want to know some things before hand, first, can we use variable products in composite products?, second, when a customer buys a composite product the stock is reduced from the stock of each product that composes the composite product?, third, you demo called “Make your dress” have an error, i cant select any part and shows several errors in the console, which part of the plugin is this error affecting? and finally, if this plugin works with variable products can we link a product variation with another product variation, for example, if the customer selects a blue variation of a shirt, can we lock the pants so he can only select one or several specific pants color variations, like only black or kakhi pants can go with the blue shirt?

Thanks! One more question tho, the item limit can be stablished at the coposite product level instead of per component. Like, we want to sell bait packages with a total of 24 pieces, the customer can select how many pieces of each size he/she wants to add to the package. So the components are the bait sizes (large, medium & small) and the composite product is A pack of bait – 24 pieces total.

Hi again, i meant something entirely different. As i said we want to sell bait in packages with 24 pieces, there are 3 different sizes of bait so the customer can pick from those 3 sizes a total of 24 pieces. So the bait package is the composite product and its composed by 3 products which are sizes of bait: Large Bait, Medium Bait and Small Bait, the customer should be able to pick any quantity of each size as long as it sums 24 pieces in total, the plugin should not let him add more or less than 24 pieces. For example a customer makes his package with 12 smal baitl, 8 medium bait and 4 large bait, this is correct because it sums 24, so in his cart the customer should see: Bait 24 pieces package: – 12 x Small bait – 8 x Medium Bait – 4 x Small Bait Can your plugin do this?, limit the items a customer can buy but at a composite product level, not at the individual components level only.
I think most of the questions here would be answered easier if you setup a backend demo. It’s very difficult to formulate questions related with especific use cases.

Maybe I did not explain myself very well. I will try to better explain myself so you can properly assess what I’m talking about: I have 5 product components and for every product component my customer will have 200 options to select from in order to customize its composite product. Once done the composite product will be made with 5 components but each of those 5 components was selected from 200 variants that were showed to the customer. Does your plugin support a type of scenario like the one I’m describing above? thanks in advance for clarifying.

Is it possible for the composite product to be grouped into one item on order confirmations, etc.?
I.e. the customer orders an assembled PC and received a confirmation where only one line lists the composite with the total price and maybe below the item a list of individual components is mentioned. But the store owner sees all the individual components like in your screenshot.
This is for example how Magento combined products work and how you i.e. order a Car – you pay for a car and not individual wheels, doors, screws, etc.

I have a customer who wants Composite Products, i.e. the end user is the one who selects the parts and parts of a product. However, what the customer wants is that this type of product is quoted, not that it can be purchased, that is, that it does not lead to pay to the cart, but leads to a kind of form to request quotation for that product that is being composed. I do want to buy the plugin now that you’ve confirmed to me that it is compatible.
Unfortunately I’ve just noticing on checking your demo to make sure everything actually works…that it doesn’t. There appears to be a bug.
If I add a Build Your Own Camera choice, and then go back and add that same choice again, the total price does not add up to double, and neither do the components double up. Only the base price changes.
Likewise, if I want to increase (double) that order on the cart page, the total price is not reflected and exactly the same as above…only the base price changes.
