I am planning for a purchase, is 2checkout possible?

Thank you for your interest in our product. There is no support for 2checkout at the moment, and I can’t provide ETA on when it will be added (if at all).

Terrific add-on! Our client was declined by one of the processors and approved by another. This plugin accepts both and few others. Just add proper credentials and you good to go!

At this time we have no plans for Intuit/Quickbooks integration. This can be only custom developed, if required.

Each calendar can be set to use different method of payment, or even can be free. So it depends on which one you’ve selected for testing purposes.

I am assuming the moneris and internetsucure Canadian plugins include interac Online support right?

Hello, We are currently looking into purchasing a booking system, for a sports business. Just a few questions please to ensure it is something we can use; 1. The bookings need to be broken down into 20 minute slots. Is this possible to do with the current version, or do they have to be hourly slots? 2. Is the information inputted by a customer when making booking, stored in a database somewhere within the system as a reference for the business, or is just collected via the emails? 3. In addition, is the system backed up daily to ensure no bookings are lost? Thank you very much for your time, it is much appreciated :)

1. Yes, you can split it in minute slots. If needed number of “minute” interval is not present you can easily add it through code – we can assist through support forums with this.

2.Yes, it is stored in db and accessible from administration – please try live ADMINISTRATION DEMO (url + access info located in item description text, here on codecanyon)

3. There are no backups functionality. You must setup it on your server through hosting account, or do them manually.

Hi i just uploaded your script and it looked and worked fine but i accidentally over-rid all the files and had to remake the database and stuff. We don’t have such module at the moment. If you have php knowledge – you can try adding payment gateway yourself.

Yes, we have planned to update credit card payments for bookingwizz plugin in about 3 – 4 weeks with all our existing payment terminals.

I did install the item on the /booking/ directory and deleted it but the slots are still not appearing on the site.

Got this error when activating the credit card payments plugin:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_install_action() in /home/chelcea/public_html/wp-content/plugins/credit_card_payment/main.php on line 114

Seems that you’re trying to activate BookingWizz Credit Cards plugin through your wordpress plugin installer – which is not how it is supposed to be installed, since it is not WORDPRESS plugin, it is BOOKINGWIZZ plugin. Please open support forum thread on support.convergine.com (or take a look in the documentation of bookingwizz credit card plugins, it is explained in there how to install/activate plugin).

Thank you for your interest in our product.

BookingWizz is standalone application and doesn’t work with WooCommerce. PayPal Advanced is also not supported at this moment – only paypal website payments standard and paypal website payments pro (with addon)

Are there any recommended premium themes that work well with BookingWizz to use as a code base for a new site?

Bookingwizz doesn’t have any special requirements and should work fine with any theme, however there is always a chance that some javascript plugin used in the theme will interfere with colorbox (by Jack Moore) which we use for lightbox. We consider it as “rare occasion” since we’ve seen this couple of times so far (2 or 3 times…)

This addon allows to accept credit card payments in your BookingWizz application through any of the currently supported credit card processors (all of those pretty much allow to accept world wide credit cards.) Hope this answers your question.

Your software has potential, but it is NOT there yet. For example -

My client provides TOURS and the highlight of a typical tour is an option for wine tasting. However there is also an option for NO wine tasting.

ILLUSTRATION OF A TYPICAL SCENARIO FOR EVENT (Tour):

SAME EVENT (Tour) – 2 Different Pricing Structures, and for the ENTIRE EVENT there is a TOTAL of 12 seats (Can be any combination of MIXED options (Wine / No Wine)).

(In essence in many ways this situation is very similar to having TICKET SECTIONS FOR THE SAME EVENT and depending on how close one wants to be to the stage, the pricing structure is subject to DIFFERENT price tiers based on seat location).

From what I can see, your BOOKING “WIZZ” is NOT capable of the following:

a) BOOK the SAME EVENT with selectable option > (services) WINE TASTING OR NO WINE TASTING

b) SAME EVENT KEEP TRACK OF TOTAL Seating for the EVENT (i.e. ONE Tour might have 9 Wine and 3 NO Wine, another Tour might have 7 Wine and 5 NO Wine, regardless ALWAYS adding Up to 12 TOTAL ) There SHOULD BE a way to Associate ALL of the “SERVICES” for a SINGLE EVENT to REFLECT The TRUE # of REMAINING “SEATS” accounting for BOTH SERVICE TYPES > WINE & NO WINE .
  • THERE SHOULD BE AN ABILITY TO INCLUDE SOME BASIC SERVICE OPTIONS to accommodate very straight-forward EVENT (tour) options. CUSTOM FIELD OR SOMETHING SIMILAR .

c) When shown on the CALENDAR (and for booking purposes) SHOULD BE ABLE TO SHOW AS SAME (1) EVENT – IT SEEMS RIGHT NOW , even though date and time values are EXACTLY the SAME , “BOOKING WIZZ ” treats the entries as TWO SEPARATE and INDEPENDENT EVENTS which they are NOT . The only “DIFFERENCE” being OPTION for WINE TASTING and NO WINE TASTING with TWO different costs.

d) Using the CC Payment Gateway Plugin – EVEN after PAYING for a TICKET thru the BOOKING WIZZ , the email that is sent states:

“Subtotal amount: USD ###.00 Total amount to be paid: USD ###.00 Your reservation will be processed/confirmed after we will receive your payment.

Reservation Status:Confirmed (Please collect payment from customer) You can easily manage your booking using this link”

THAT EMAIL IS FINE EXCEPT …

THE EVENT PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID & PROCESSED (collected thru Authorize.net USING YOUR BOOKING WIZZ CC PLUGIN “PAY” Button) so in theory the EMAIL sent SHOULD Reflect that.

Therefore the Sent EMAIL is NOT VALID ! and serves NO purpose or value.

Please advise if there is a way to do this NOW Or any plans to include such a BASIC feature in a future release.

I want to use and support your software and efforts, but it seems some of most basic features expected to be available in a BOOKING “package” are missing.
