Why is this app showing incorrect IP? It looks like it picks up the cloudflare ip instead of the visitor’s IP. My domain uses cloudflare dns but I’m expecting the app to show the ip of the visitor and not the one for cloudflare…

By default only admins can manage the visits. To do that, you will need to edit the plugin file /includes/VsTr_admin_menu.php and replace all the texts “manage_options” by “manage_woocommerce” .

There is no video or gif file stored (it would be technically impossible) . The plugin stores the main actions (as ASCII data, in the database) and reproduces them on the website when you play the visit.

Hello, I am using this plugin on an ecommerce webiste, we have set usd for locations like Canada, United States and inr for India. But the recorded videos always show inr. Is this a problem? Please let me know how does that work. Is the video from my server ip and so it shows inr?

There is no real video recorded (it would be technically impossible) : the plugin registers all the main actions of the visitors, then replay them directly on the website when you watch the visit. That’s why it uses your IP, and the used system probably define the displayed currency based on this IP .

No, it shouldn’t slowdown your website. There is no video recorded, only a some ASCII variables in the database. The plugin records the actions done then reproduce them, it doesn’t record screenshots or videos .

Don’t record visits from administrators : YES The users having the admin role will not be tracked
This means that when I say YES, it will NOT RECORD ADMIN. Correct?
Don’t record visits from tactile devices : NO Users using mobiles and tablets will not be tracked
When I select NO, this means that Users WILL be tracked. Correct?
The logic in these options may go one way or the other. It depends on the author’s understanding of English and native language rules.
