Hi, yes I don’t believe this usually I am waiting ages for support. Very good thanks for the mail. I have send back e-mail too with some customization as request. So basically the server support told me that the configuration is for http (port 8080) yes but we are not using those ports we are using https how we can config this and can you do it for us please ? - Is the script multi-lingual?
- After logging in, it takes several seconds to display the list of groups. It would be nice to display an hourglass, it’s important because I thought the application was not working.
- when I add an answer, I should allow the modification for 5mn for example (like on codecanyon.net). And it should be possible to delete my answer / image / uploaded file in case of sending error. This is important for the comfort of users if they send an answer in the wrong discussion.
- can we make "public discussions" accessible to everyone (if a company (admin) wants to make a public announcement for example)?- attach each user to a group/several groups, and allow to create “user group discussions” accessible only to the users of the group. This will make it easy to create discussions by a manager for example.
- when creating a discussion, can we put a different color to differentiate the discussions? different avatar?
- can we put a discussion at the top of the list (pushpin)?
- in the list on the left, I have trouble distinguishing the conversations I read and the one I didn’t read. Will you be able to put a different color on the updated conversations that I haven’t read?

I am having Godaddy VPS server and i tried previously installing WebScocket Chat Script which is available on codecanyon. that script was required WebSocket. i setup all the things but still that script not work the socket connection get closed within 10 sec.
I dont what was issue there is it with script or server. the author of that script not responded.
So i am going to try this one. Is this script will work with Godaddy VPS server? i am having SSH access. but i am not much familiar with Linux commands and using SSH., How detail documentation is there provided with this script? if i am unable to implement this script on my server then can Author will help in setting up script.

I see when you open a new conversation it shows the email addresses of all the current registered users. Is it possibly to hide the email addresses? I might be looking at using this as an online community chat so this would be essential for privacy. Also, would you consider adding a “guest” feature? thanks.

Nice chat, I am going to buy it, but I have a few questions:
1) Chat is so slow due to your hosting server? Sometimes takes a lot of time to load messages… 2) Is there no way to delete the messages? 3) It looks that “seen” on the last message does not work correctly. I am testing the chat on my PC and mobile phone. When I send a message from PC to mobile phone, immediately appears “seen”, however mobile phone is not active and I have not seen the message. This problem persists only if the conversation of this person is opened in the chat. If I switch to another conversation before stopping to use mobile phone, “seen” does not appears.
One suggestion: I thing that textarea should expand upwards when writing a long message.

1.Message history loading is done by ajax. That’s why it is a little bit slow.
2. Sorry, chat manager doesn’t have any delete message option.
3. Mobile phone de prioritize applications due to power save. Real time system will not properly work on mobile browsers if they are running on background. To fix this problem you have to build a native application for mobile.

Hello, I just purchased your chat Manager and I am a little bit confused. According to the documentation, this javascript file contains MySQL database username, password:
“xampp\htdocs\im-messenger\ChatApp\databaseConfig.js”
and file “server.js” contains all MySQL table names, tables structure etc.
and everyone will be able to open these script files and read this information…?
