How does your search results script work I see I can set radius in Admin>>>Settings>>> Home Search Area >>> Search within Radius also Merchant >>> Settings>>> Delivery Distance covered also Merchant >>> Delivery Charge Rates- where there is a table
What is these three settings and how they all work?
I have Merchant >>> Delivery Charge Rates- where there is a table set with prices up to 5 miles, and Merchant >>> Settings>>> Delivery Distance covered set at 5 miles but customer just ordered 10 miles away for delivery and got charged free delivery?
is ti something to do with Admin>>>Settings>>> Home Search Area >>> Search within Radius?
Would make sense if all was only controlled by Merchant >>> Delivery Charge Rates- where there is a table if there is no entry in table then customer cant get delivery
first of all make sure your google api key is working you can do a test in admin -> settings -> map api keys -> click here to test
and for delivery charges rate make sure your table is correct else it will not get any delivery rates
example
in your table
1 – 5 = fee is 10$
but if the distance is 20 there will be no fee as it cannot satisfy the range
so in your range you need to set
like 1 -10000
so it will satisfy the range

hi basti i migrate database from local server to online host but now when i click merchant it says: merchant is not available
its how you import your database
during import there should not have any error
you need to import the database without any error if there is you need to redo again the import until there is no error
during export don’t include view tables
view tables are the following
driver_order_view
driver_task_view
mobile_registered_view
points_trans
view_merchant
view_order_details
view_ratings

hi Basti, i have been going through the comments to see if you get search results from two countries and it looks like you can but im not sure how. I know you have done alot of changes over the years too, so please let me know how i can assign merchants from different countries and not have to change the country or select multiple countries at the backend. BDW im using the search by address setting not the default search by location

as the search results will depends on the latitude and longitude
So Basti what can we do to expand search results to include senegal? and what can we do about the currency since they use different courriencies? ideally id like to list senegalese products with senegalese currencies and gambian products with gambian dalasis
mate for search this will work in any place cause we are using google api make sure the merhcant has lat and longitude
and for currency sorrry this is not available at the moment
Hello. How do we change the way URLs are output? For instance, I’d not like it to say https://website.com/browse/?tab=3 when I want to get the URL for featured restaurants on the Browse page.
Also, any page the system makes (like through custom page set up, for maybe “About”) how to make it not output as: “website.com/page-about ? How to get rid of the “page” part, without any htaccess stuff please?

for https://website.com/browse/?tab=3
you can change this to anything you want but you need to change the code as well 
this is called controller in yii which browse is the action name
and the tab=3 is the variable
just like the same with custom page every action name should be define in controller
for example the /browse
this can be found in storecontroller.php function actionbrowse
for custom page actioncustompage
you cannot really remove the page
as it needs a actionname inside the controller

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that your father is not well. When my father had a heart attack, it made me think about how important my father to me. I was so sad to think about the possibility of losing him. Take care of yourself and him, try as much as you can worries free, rest, and care. Have to start cutting back on cigarettes, black coffee or tea, and donuts or bakery stuff. God bless him and your family, I am not actually very religious person, but I can realize the feelings when the parents have any kind of pain specially for obedient children. I’m praying that your father get better and regain strength soon. Just make sure you put your whole time and concentration into getting him healthy soon. You, the doctors, and God will work together to get him back normal as fast as you can.

Hi basti, When we are selecting dine in option while ordering , by default its showing the current time in the time section. so when he places the order, its showing time has expired .can we solve this , so that one can place order live without the notifiation” time has expired”. either order should be taken without time restriction or the default time should be 10 minutes ahead of the current time.
