any plans to add a list view for the shop so customers can order multiple products with different quantities all from one shopping page like this for example https://barn2.co.uk/woocommerce-product-list-view-plugin/
Hi thorsky, right now it’s an interesting features, but it’s very hard to make it compatible with all themes, dued to too different architecture and markup/css. Thank you very much for your suggestion
Domanda pre sale…è possibile usare il vostro plugin esclusivamente per determinate categorie? Mentre per le altre mostrare il prezzo come da default. Grazie.
Salve, come va? Spero bene!
Cordiali saluti
Hi I have a pre-sale question. I use now Mollie for my payments. Is it also possible use Mollie for your plugin for B2B?
And is it also possible to sell only B2B without B2C?
best regards
Hi Farik68, WooCommerce B2B doesn’t impact on payment methods, there are no problems. About B2B/B2C, consider that WooCommerce B2B is strictly projected for B2B shops, no problems also for this! To know more, take a look to live demo: https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/
Hi! Great plugin, thank you! I’ve got some questions:
- is it possible to “enable payment methods per group” instead of disable? So I can disable a method for normal (not b2b) customers/guests.
- the standard tax suffix on our shop is “incl. vat” (in woocommerce settings) (for not-logged-in users) but the price for a b2bgroup customer is without vat, is it possible to auto-change the suffix to “excl. vat” for grouped customers?
- is it possible to add a link to the “registration notice” for easy aproval? Instead of manually go to the aproval field in the admin users profile.
Hope you can help. Thank you and have a nice day!
Hi steffjonker, WooCommerce B2B allow to disable payment methods by group and not viceversa. For technical questions, please open a request on https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/ and support team will answer as soon as possible. Best regards
Hello, Is it possible to discount a product category for a particular customer group? Regards
Hi, percentage discount can be applied only by group, but you could use product dedicated group price to apply your desired price to each product, by using WooCommerce import tools to bulk update
Hi!
All of a sudden, I no longer see the possibility to hide certain categories from users and I can’t figure out why is that so. Hope you can help.
Regards

How can we translate warning messages into any language? like approve message
Hi Bigbang1986, WooCommerce B2B make use of standard WordPress to translate, however please refer to included documentation
Can we add what we want to the registration form ?
Hi Bigbang1986, yes, you can add new fields to extended registation form by using hooks
Hi there! Can you please let us know when are you planning to have the plugin full compatible with WordPress 5.3x We are kind of stuck in the 5.2x version cause this plugin is only says compatible till 5.2x
Hi vred, WooCommerce B2B is fully compatible with WordPress 5.3, currently live demo is working on this version
Hoo great thanks! I think you should update that information on the plugin compatibility info area some people might not buy it for that reason.
You are right, thanks for your reporting
Hello,
We are interested in purchasing your plugin and I would like to know if this functionality is possible:
We want to have 3 prices B2C, B2B and B2B sale.
The B2B members must see the B2B price stricked through, and the B2B sale price as the product price
Is the possible?
Thank you
Hi! Is it possible to have different packages (quantity steps) per user role? Thanks.
Hi Hansanders, packages option is per product and has global scope
Hi,
A couple questions about the plugin please:
1. Can i create Groups with different prices for wholesale? 2. Can the wholesale customers see products that will not be available for B2C customers?
Thank you
Can i also hide the full shop for not logged in users? So only after login see the full shop and have a login page only for not logged in users?
Hi Sportfeed, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of features, I’m sorry. As workaround, you could make not visible all product categories for guest customers, in this way they can view products only by login.
Hi,
I have found a little bug or thiing to improve. Customer group assignation only works for users who is “client” profile, but If i have users with another profile, even being a customers, the group option is not working. For example, I have projectopia plugin to manage projects with customers. When a customer buy one of my services, automatically converts to “projectopia client” profile and then I cannot assign them a group.
Also your VIES validation is not working if a customer inserts whole VAT number with country code prefix, for example: ES6666666. to be valid the number has to be without ES prefix. That is not useful because all customers are going to write whole VAT number with country code.
another bug,
If A customer with no group assigned but he is a company with valid VAT number, and he wants to make a purchase right now without waiting…althought he inserts a valid VAT number, the price always is displayed and sent to payment method with TAX included.
To avoid TAX, the customer has to register in the shop, call me to assign a customer group, and then he will be able to buy without tax….
Very difficult process, isnt it?
Hi liestores, WooCommerce B2B is projected to apply some of its features only on customer role. You case is singular, because you make use of a third part plugin that modify default WordPress/WooCommerce behaviour. However, in FAQ section, you can found a suggested third part plugin that allow you to assign multiple roles to your customers, please take a look. About VIES validation, as described in WooCommerce B2B specification, is provided by third part API requiring VAT to be provided without prefix. Please, take a look to plugin specifications on official page and included documentation.
I understand that you could consider WooCommerce B2B process difficult, but consider also that most of shops could have different groups. With an automatic group assignment process, how would you choose which group to assign each client to? To this question, every shop manager could give a different answer and think of endless scenarios. And again, with an automatic group assignment, any customer could register, provide a false VAT number (or some other company) and buy at a discounted price. In this case, you should then cancel the invalidated orders. But this is fine if your store has limited traffic and few orders per day, but in a large shop, the management of order cancellations is a time-saver that should be prevented.
These are only some example scenarios, it is clear that every particular need requires a series of customizations of WordPress and its extensions (themes and plugins).
I understand your needs, but each shop has custom rules. WooCommerce B2B contains a series of features suitable for covering the most common needs as described in specifications and It has a live demo to allow users to test it.

Hi! In the demo is not possible to buy at retail (b2c), no value appears on the products. Is there this option? I need the site to work normally for retail sales and have the option to log in wholesale and check the different values. Is it possible with this plugin?
Hi JulianaGomes, WooCommerce B2B demo is configured with some default settings to show its features. In your case, you need to disabled “Hide prices” option. Please, take a look into demo backend to manage WooCommerce B2B settings and simulate your desired scenario
Is this plugin combatible with any theme ?
Hi beenerds, WooCommerce B2B make use of defaul WordPress/WooCommerce hooks, so if your theme respect standards required by Wordpress/WooCommerce there are no problems and compatibility is full
but still it was normal to be able to generate a registration form on the type of client. or you can have a code that I can add to the registration form, so that I can put a link in the distributor pagion for example. The approval of the users should be strictly related to your mode, not to the general users, or be an option that refers to this.
I understand your need, but consider that WooCommerce B2B is designed and developed exclusively for B2B purposes. The diversification of frontend customers on mixed B2C / B2B modes is not foreseen and should be developed custom by your developers.
How do I activate an account? There is no link to activate the account in the administrator notification email.
I found, there is no need …
