Hello,
I added a merchant and then I wanted to restrict it’s access to some sections of merchant admin. I have disabled SMS and Report Section and saved the settings (as you can see in the following screenshot)

I solved the issue. I logged out the merchant admin and logged in back again. It worked.

Hello, I received a notification request notification is not being sent to the customer, everything was done as per the registration and everything configured in the notification template, yet the customer does not receive notification. In the Order Template in the RECEIPT_TEPLATE option you can check Email, SMS, but not check PUSH.
Where should I go to release the PUSH for the customer to receive on their mobile phone. Thank you.
When the customer places an order and the restaurant selects it accepted, they receive the message by email but not on their phone, I selected it by email and push notification, but it arrives only by email, push notification and no wok.
mate there is no push for RECEIPT_TEPLATE
this is disabled as you can see in the backend push is disabled for RECEIPT_TEPLATE

3 How does your commission system works ? Does the merchant pay you the commission or is the payment made to the system owner and he pays merchant (order – commission) ?

3. there are 2 commission type commission and commission+invoice
where in
commission = all online payments will be collected by admin and merchant will need to request payout to get there earnings
commission+invoice = all payments will go to merchant account and admin will send invoice to merchant like every 15days or 30days to pay the admin for commission

this will only work if your google api key is working so better check your google api key first

Question: Is there a limit of characters for merchant name? How long can be merchant name?
the merchant name is varchar(255)
so its limited to 255 characters
if you need to change this using your phpmyadmin
look for table _merchant and edit the column restaurant_name instead of var char change it to text

Thanks, so kind of you are! best any other way to get this output… because in Indian or Pakistani Restaurants names so long some time, so if we keep them as is in backend or in search code but output on the site even mobile apps max 50-80 characters so in one line, rest of …, thats look good…
Found some of limit text or name or value php code on google but worried may effect some of other functions as you said above answer ” ...so we can apply index for faster searching of name….” .

Basti, I am still struggling with SMS broadcast issue, sms broadcast is not working from Merchant Panel.
1. If I select "Use admin SMS credits to send SMS?" from admin, the merchant sms balance always shows "1" .2. If I disable “Use admin SMS credits to send SMS”, the SMS credit count never decreases even creating broadcast.
3. I have tried choosing different broadcasting options like Send to All Customer, Send to specific mobile numbers, Send to Customer Who already buy your products, still broadcasting messages are in pending state only.
4. Cron Jobs are set fine as per the instructions with curl at the beginning.
NOTE: I have been using bhashsms, all other messaging functionalities are working fine, for example verification code, order information etc, just broadcasting not working.
Also, after creating broadcast, I dont find any sms log in bhashsms sms history, that means your dashboard is not sending instructions for sms to bhashsms in case of broadcast. For rest sms instructions from dashboard, bhashsms do have logs.
could you please look into this. Issue has been there since a long time now.

its all because your push sms is pending that means your cron jobs for processing sms is not working or not running
try this in folder cronHelper delete any files you will fine like .locksms etc and run the cron jobs link manually in your browser

this will depends in your merchant the idea of dinein is that customer can order to restaurant and eat there in certain time
you can check the offers in merchant panel you can create offer there with only dine in transaction
